I can not really say much. Conversations with the staff always in English, cleaning of the rooms oK (with a little tip better).
With the complaint with our door could a lady at the front desk not at all help. An hour later we tried it with another mr and the problem was immediately solved.Unfortunately catastrophic. From the breakfast starting, lunch, to the evening meal just an impertinence. The actually warm dishes ( meat, fish) always cold, the side dishes ( fries, rice, potatoes) were clearly to briefly cooked. After each meal, with our group have stomachache complained.

On the first day seemed the hotel really okay too but the longer one was even worse it was.
You only get cheap alcohol, beer only 1% alcohol and has no carbonic acid. So the preheat completely unsuitable.
At the front desk only English spoken.
The food was a catastrophe, every day there was as a side dish rice and potatoes. The main courses were lukewarm ( meat, fish).

The hotel ' Helios spa resort in golden Sands' has its best times already behind itself. A family vacation with children isn't recommendable. The pool is more than dangerous, broken tiles and so on the staff is not really according to the wishes of the guest. A communication is only in English or Russian. … read more

Room, the prior to day of departure on the same Dreckniveau stay. Food, which that in a hostel for the homeless rival. Animation, the early at 10 with loud music and urwaldähnlichem shouting the night troubled' tourist' from the sleep. Rudeness, the at the hotel staff in the contract-seems. ' all inclusive' with only the cheapest on booze is being served and the 'more expensive' liquor (absolutely vodka & Co) , only available for purchase are.
