This hotel is OK for a city break in, it is also because of the good location! You should but not to expect a lot. The room are very small and one can turn straight once in the bathroom. It is enough for sleeping but from. Unfortunately it was no real blanket, we had to sleep two to a bed sheets in, also because the existing bedspread for cover not necessarily correspond to our wishes. Everything was clean and the room were renovated. From the breakfast you shouldn't expect unfortunately also! Of course, typically dutch bread (not to compare with a German rolls). … read more

A nice hotel in a great location, 100m from the bus stop hobbemastraat (Rijksmuseum and vanGogh museum) from where you can go everywhere in shortest time is (Leidsepein is 1 stop away). Amsterdam does not require evaluation, the best and most varied city in Europe. The hotel is functional, unfortunately only pool of broadcasting corporations and second channel for German channels. Very clean and just as close. For not very demanding an absolute gem. Much fun in Amsterdam, we will definitely come again ☺ … read more

We were in the winter, the windows are single glazed and it was very cold in the room although the heating worked, the room is very small but adequate and clean, unfortunately you have Plastikdekken so you can see the dark in the electrical sparks ☺ , The location is great for Kulurbegeisterte , directly at the three major museums are close (van Gohn Stedelijk museum, Empire museum) and right by the vondelpark, with public transport to reach very good, directly to the airport is a frequent bus 197 from hobbemastraat, at the stop the it not from the airport … read more

Staff friendly and happy to assist guests with. They spoke English and German. Daily room cleaning, everything was okay. Right next to the reception is a bar with seating, both is staffed 24 hours/day. Here there are a variety of drinks and beer, red bull, sodas, everything was a bit cheaper than in the city. Small Heinekken in the bottle of 0.33 liters. € 2.50 (in the city at least € 3 , -). Breakfast buffet with coffee, tea, milk, different sorts of cheese and sausage, ham, eggs (they were always hard boiled), jam, butter, honey, toast and dark … read more

The hotel is in a good location close to the well known Vondelpark right next to the Museum Quarter. The rooms are extremely small the bed in the middle, hard to walk around. Bathroom small, very disturbing no only shelf space for toothbrush etc. in the shower, no bath mat.. Elevator available but to the breakfast room to have a very narrow and winding staircase. Check-in and check-out were problem. The young man at the front desk very friendly and competent. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Because of the size of the bathroom sizeCons:-- and the very steep stairs I … read more
