This hotel is OK for a city break in, it is also because of the good location! You should but not to expect a lot. The room are very small and one can turn straight once in the bathroom. It is enough for sleeping but from. Unfortunately it was no real blanket, we had to sleep two to a bed sheets in, also because the existing bedspread for cover not necessarily correspond to our wishes. A nice hotel in a great location, 100m from the bus stop hobbemastraat (Rijksmuseum and vanGogh museum) from where you can go everywhere in shortest time is (Leidsepein is 1 stop away). Amsterdam does not require evaluation, the best and most varied city in Europe. The hotel is functional, unfortunately only pool of broadcasting corporations and second channel for German channels. Staff friendly and happy to assist guests with. They spoke English and German. Daily room cleaning, everything was okay. Right next to the reception is a bar with seating, both is staffed 24 hours/day. Here there are a variety of drinks and beer, red bull, sodas, everything was a bit cheaper than in the city. The hotel is in a good location close to the well known Vondelpark right next to the Museum Quarter. The rooms are extremely small the bed in the middle, hard to walk around. Bathroom small, very disturbing no only shelf space for toothbrush etc. in the shower, no bath mat.. Elevator available but to the breakfast room to have a very narrow and winding staircase.
