The staff are friendly and attentive at all times. They have a good command of the English language. Room cleaning was carried out efficiently. The one time when the toilet flush in my room failed to work it was repaired promptly and properly. The manager himself dealt most efficiently with requests to arrange excursions to local tourist sights.The buffet breakfast is extensive and more than enough to satisfy the most hearty of appetites for all cultures. Close proximity to city was especially pleasant. The hotel is directly at the Nile and with its one floor construction of the Nilprommenade ago, almost don't recognize. The pool and including directly on the Nile, this narrow bar area were for me beautiful Recreational areas. … read more

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although i now and then also quite unusual had special requests-it was not impossible. With the help of repairs, special kontaktwünschen or other, one has not only tried hard, you get it really also always managed.
Except of course speaks arabic the staff at the hotel good english, some could even a few words of german and french.

ideally located smaller hotel with Cabanas right on the banks of the Nile, in the immediate area to the bazaar. I was now all in all 3 time there. It was a work holiday with a hospital in, 7 minutes footpath. Recommendable nonetheless, the closets (Mövenpick, new cataract, Basma) do not like locals and not in the hotel on the Corniche would like to. … read more
