Cat in the restaurant during the meal, huge cockroach in the room and bar. Entertainment in the bar and restaurant areas. Dirty pool. We got no towels. Every morning the cleaning staff has all but no new towels given. Lunch we could shower, in the evening reception for towels had to complain. Eventually arrived. No Klopapir. The hotel is dirty. The bathroom with mold and rust. The towels were gray and dirty. The service was not enough. 14 days the same food. On the tablecloths one could read the last week. Always the Strohm and the elevator was several times not to use. The A/c was broken and you had to almost 30 degrees during the nights stay. Our holiday in hotel Kheops were wonderful. Hotel is nice and people are helpful. Animators are very funny, they had big and beautiful program for all day. I was 2 weeks in Kheops and every day I had one little problem with towels :) The woman, who cleaning rooms, took away towels on the morning and returned only in the afternoon. It is not convenient.
