Regarding the location the hotel is in a side street, about 300 meters away from the main street, which leads to many objects of interest.
We were by our original hotel for one night accommodated next door in the Hotel Klas, since our actual room was still not free. So far, so good.
The room made a good impression at first glance, was clean and modern. View from the first floor onto a patio, however reasonable. The problems started at night (during the week):

I was there with my friend, got to the hotel at 7 o'clock, as our room was not cleaned yet, we were offered to have breakfast free of charge, which we also did, breakfast was delicious and you had a relative selection. When we then were in the room, we did not like it at all. After we slept, we told the reception that we did not like our room, then immediately we got a new and very nice room, really friendly.

At the front desk they spoke german. Staff were very friendly and willing to help. The cleaning of the rooms and the change of towels took place every day.
On complaints they reacted immediately.
As the safe in the room was not usable offered me a free safe at the front desk at.1 restaurant in the basement area. Cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant was absolutely ok. The offered meals were all typical of the country
The prices for alcoholic beverages but utopian. 1 Raki 7,- €.Very small room and small bathroom. Furniture was a desk and an armchair, a kettle, a mini … read more

The hotel is very central, the rooms simply furnished, relatively small.
Bathroom with shower and toilet approximately 4 m². The installation and cleanliness is not our idea of 4 stars! Tile joints are terrible! Towels were changed daily.
The safe gave me personally problems, too complicated.
The rooms to the street are very noisy until early in the morning.
The air conditioning worked and is programmable by timer.
Lively traffic because of the many shops and pubs around the hotel.
In the hotel only breakfast buffet, no lunch or dinner. Small bar for beverages. The staff speaks no German. A … read more
