The hotel has a very convenient location for tourists, as one to foot or with the nearby passing tramway almost all interesting points of interest are easily accessible. Although the room was to the street and therefore very noisy at night, but with shot windows it was quite good but a 3 bed room (we were ultimately only 2 people) decided too small! The breakfast offered everything, which one expects in this category, especially also always fresh salads and fruit. read hotel review

Regarding the location the hotel is in a side street, about 300 meters away from the main street, which leads to many objects of interest. We were by our original hotel for one night accommodated next door in the Hotel Klas, since our actual room was still not free. So far, so good. The room made a good impression at first glance, was clean and modern. View from the first floor onto a patio, however reasonable. The problems started at night (during the week): Extremely loud music (not noisy, like traffic, but noisy like inside a disco) from a bar ... or similar right next door. The walls of the hotel are already very thin, in room A217 the walls and doors were vibrating from the loud music that was so clear that you could understand every word. Around half past 11 I therefore reported to the 3 incapable gentlemen at the front desk, who told me in a disinterested manner that the 'restaurant' generally gets quieter after 1 am (on workdays!) I asked the receptionist if he would like to go into our room himself, in order to get a clear picture of the situation. He did not. I asked for a different room, since it was not possible to sleep and we had after all paid for exactly that. Apparently no other rooms were available. So I went to our original hotel. When we called the hotel manager of the originally booked hotel who was by now at home at midnight, he promised to take care of this matter. He got hold of a new room in Hotel Klas, which according to the rude receptionist, supposedly, did not exist. Back at Hotel Klas, the rude receptionist asked what I actually wanted. Of course the at first denied new room! The new room was substantially calmer, apart from the sounds from the aisle and the adjoining room, since the walls are as mentioned made of paper. However you should not expect any daylight here, the window is walled on 3 sides. Conclusion: except for lovely furniture and absolutely incapable, but arrogant staff nothing to offer. Breakfast was not there in this 'emergency shelter' either. read hotel review

Our room was on the street side to harikzedeler sok was on the 4. floor and very small. About dirt we could no complaints. In our room rate was the safe inclusive, but the key was gone, a spare key one gave it not. Nescafe, tea and a bottle of water was included, the mini bar was expensive. A box Cola tl 6,- (exactly opposite the ' wasserhäuschen' there was the box for tl 1.50) in the bathroom was a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, soap and daily change of towels. The air conditioning was good, but not to be adjustable. The cold air was directly addressed on the bed, so that we do not always run let could. If we but our door (franz. Balcony) opened, we were immediately sonicated and quiet it was at night never.

We had booked accommodation with breakfast, which in the basement was served. The coffee was very good, the fresh orange juice the glass 3, -€ extra cost, or just instant powder juice. The rest, such as bread, cheese, jam, butter, tomatoes, fruit, soup etc. Was just.

The hotel was by far the noisiest, the we have ever booked. Diagonally opposite was a disco, definitely until 5:00 o'clock in the early open. The roads including the sidewalks are about 3.5-4.0 mtr. Wide, the hotel located opposite into the room see and hear their air conditioners, as if their own would be. At the intersection, where the hotel is located, are hotels, the evening at tables in the open meals, and you can until 2:00 o'clock at night food order. For cars in Turkey applies, important, as the drive, is, that they honk can. Accordingly loud also the whole environment around the hotel.

On arrival we got a room at a-level, which is a very low mezzanine floor directly above the entrance is. There the room by the window the main street was very loud, we asked around a room in a upper floor, what we also immediately got. Both rooms were just small, thus straight times so the turn, tiny wardrobe, in the no more than 5 hangers space. As tiny the bathroom, however the shower relatively large and comfortable. Cleanliness ok, the laundry was changed every day, the bathroom was through dirty grout a little dingy. 1 bottle of water was ... free, rest in the minibar for an extra charge. Coffee and tea in the room free. Free safe, should at the front desk but information be given, the technicians' close ' him free. Worked easily with a number code. Very good mattresses, but the size of the room too small for 2 people. read hotel review

So loud the hotel also, the area and the poorly sound-proofed room, the location is simply cannot be beat. 2 minutes to the main street, from there, take the tram 1.2 kilometer to Hagia Sophia, the blue mosque and cistern, 500 meters on foot it is in the grand bazaar. Around the hotel lots of small clothing and leather shops. Also verhungern one does not! For a few tl there was overall tasty turkish food.

The reception staff is very friendly and tried hard-thank you mr. Hassan for all your trouble! With english you got along perfectly by the day. In the breakfast room were the waiters a bit of a musty smell and rude, the rest of the staff we can't judge. In the entire hotel there are free wi-fi-access and at the front desk also a computer to use.

Breakfast coffee is for turkish a hotel of this standard quite good. For freshly squeezed juices you have 7 tl are charged, the free is a powder sugar mixture, completely uneatable. Many types of bread and a daily changing versatile breakfast buffet, the delicious turkish yogurt and halva never missing.
