The staff are totally friendly and welcoming, you feel really in good hands. It is italieninisch, German and English spoken. You can in any case at the staff contact for information on excursions, good restaurants and all other things to receive. Our apartment was in our two-week stay once cleaned, which with a apartment normally not at all usual and something special represents. The final purification costs nothing extra, but is included in the price.We had our accommodation in the apartment breakfast buffet option. The breakfast is very plentiful. All of the staff were very friendly and obliging. Starting from owner until the serving staff. It wurce mainly very good speak German and there was no difficulties understanding. The cleaning of the rooms was consistently good. On arrival there were on the terrace a welcome drink and after I once the request of the owner, whether I car a bit farther left parking may be, met am, for thanks just some free drinks for my son and me. we were just passing through Sardinia and on the way-to and on the way back two nights had. Room decor is enough but the average on the gardesana. Terrific for Italy sumptuous breakfast with several kinds of sausage, cheese, cakes, bread rolls, whole wheat bread!, Olives, tomatoes, the usual ingredients and various other Italian coffee and teas.
