So far, we never had some problems with the hotel staff warm. But in this hotel were the employees unfriendly, a smile so well never gave it. Only from the roomboy, the however almost formal intrusive and quite tip begged.Normal breakfast for the local standards, needed however because of the staff sometimes very long until it is served. The sunrise resort has a good location in gili-air: it is located in a section, where several bars, restaurants and shops are located on a stretch of beach, on which you could go into the water well and offers excellent for snorkeling. We had a room in the 'Villa' : it is a larger hotel with three ground floor rooms, a shared top floor (with sun terrace), as well as a spacious courtyard with covered 'chill-out area' (2 hammocks, mattresses and pillows).
