A nightmare, no end,.
Already on my arrival i was surprised, that it from the parking garage no's entrance was. Therefore dragged my bags over five zufahrtsrampen with einfahrenden cars up to the front desk.
I entered the hotel over the main entrance, on dirt and ugliness cannot be beat. Immediately after entering, poked a penetranter fritteusenfett -smell in the nose. My labor nausea was extremely unfriendly front desk staff further increased, the me, as the last treatment.

The hotel has a good location. Roughly seen it is between Dubai Marina and the Mall of the Emirates.
The metro station is on foot about minutes away.
Otherwise, you can all sights with the taxi reached within a short time.

We are late evenings arrived in Dubai and had therefore the hotel it was already booked in advance. We were initially a very loud room in the us because of the enormous traffic noise not sleep in could.
The staff at the reception was nothing special friendly. One us without an extra charge merely loud room directly on the street offered, although explicitly a quiet room booked. To the solution we were room on the quiet page of the hotel only against a violent extra charge offered.

room service it is, it was really very clean -(even the washing clothes were folded in the closet removed) but the room service really only if you made a sign to the door buckles all depends.

as I have already mentioned our room boy was brilliant!
the staff at the reception was very slow, we requested at least five times an invoice for the paid service. The rest of the team was very friendly and accommodating!
