Staff were friendly what it was that you could not communicate. Could only Russian and a bit of English. So that you mnur with hands and feet inform itself could. Rooms were clean apart from the towels rarely changed during the 2 weeks was my bed 1 freshly changed. Ashtray on the room there was not, because the whole hotel non-smoking area was.
