The hotel is in a great location, but that was the only. The staff was incredibly rude. The air conditioning worked only, if all the windows were closed. As our window in the bathroom was toppled the air conditioner didn't work. When we got there the front desk we were angeblafft, that we should enter the window in the bathroom. That was in the book, which was however unfortunately behind the desk was hidden and not in the rooms. This hotel is a small and cozy hotel which is suitable for couple of days sight-seeing.
Advantages: it is very centrally located and you can walk all day and night the without on Tran place to live. We chose this, because we wanted to be in Venice and not in the area and need to go.
You have everything you want to see nearby, the direct access to the vaporetto is literally 50 meters far away. Train station 150 meters away, bus transfer 300 meters far away as a result.
