We had to one night in this hotel spend and would have dearest in the lobby slept; unfortunately were there just too many rollige cats entrance... The beds and rooms are disgusting and dirty with stains, the everyone adults 'clearly zuordnen' can; with baby carriage or buggy, you can relax in the tiny room ( we had supposedly the largest) no longer move, without the beds to crawl; the bathroom is a duschklo without any place to put things; the food is a catastrophe, since one not correctly well done food at dirty tables served gets, if you cutlery and … read more

We had originally booked at the 'Faro Luna' hotel (about 68 rooms and about 500 meters west). However, since there were not enough bookings in the off season (June 2011), we were relocated to the Club Amigo Rancho Luna hotel, which belongs to the same hotel chain...
This all inclusive club should be taken out of the prospect of our travel agency.
It is noisy (you will find no place in the club where you will be spared from loud disco or bingo noise in the evening ) - except for the beach...

Hotel a disaster, room under water, food is bad and dirty dishes... 80% of the guests were drunk.

yes, what can I say, the hotel has many facets: from good to bad experiences can be reported. When should you wish to be on the ground floor rooms, the rooms are bigger and have a small terrace.
