It was a very nice caribic vacation, full sun, sea turquoise and beautiful warm. Hotel staff all very nice, friendly and courteous. Cleanliness everywhere in order. Fruit, fish, meat, desserts... The hotel was nice constructed and well maintained. Quiet Sections can be found, but are rare. The all-day entertainment is daunting loud and in the whole area audible. If you quiet go to the pool like the 'villas'. At the superior-rooms it is from morning till night partly very loud. It was unpleasant, you always in a queue. Service and bar staff perfect.
The complex is very clean. The bathroom unfortunately not.
So were the entire stay the rasierten bartstoppel from a previous behind the sink to see.
On offer strange disgusting stains on the walls. A shame.
In our first room went the air conditioning not. But none want to believe. The room change was difficult after unsuccessful repair attempts of hoteltechnikers. I was during a reparaturversuches for everyone. And i already decide what i will do when he has an electric shock suffers.The drinks offer was good. The wine was drinkable.
Food was luckily not as overwhelming.

staff was always friendly. It was not any German spoken.
after my partner 2000 $had paid was then in the hospital at me working.long waiting periods, cold food not a lot of variety Chicken fries and so on
I even had a food poisoning and could 2 days the Hospital visit.we had a Superioszimmer, nice size
beds were in the 14 days not changed once, the towels missing time, but the cleaners was then still in the house.
The hotel complex clean and tidy, but otherwise...the efforts were large, but the shouting and confirming the status of the entertainment was just horrible.
