Bulgari Boutique Hotel^{(3 stars)}

On arrival I got a tourist brochure with map. In general the staff is friendly and speaks English, but don't understand their job. Complaints are not taken seriously and they even believe, they could "fine" their guests: see Rooms! Room: In the room I found app. 2 dozen of squashed Moskitos at the walls. I asked for cleaning at the reception. The answer: "You payed to a clean room, not for clean walls"!
