The structure of the guests: Youth/students and many locals. The hotel is very run-down but reasonably clean. The main thing is:if the neighbor above or next door shower, believes it in the room. To the hallway and to the road there is no appreciable noise isolation. The room decor is in a deplorable condition. The tv reception was bad.
