During our stay (3 days) went several tv channels not (and a. ARD and ZDF) - this was only on our demand-without a word of either regret- 'confirmed'.
Service for breakfast as so often in need of improvement : for example missing spoons at the cups, late clearing used dishes, whereas the cutlery to be used had...
Rooms: there is a very good turn-down service.Upmarket gastronomy with relatively little choice and high prices.

Because we because of a water damage christmas not at home spend could, we have a sophisticated and rather small hotel close to Berlin looked for and found. The bavarian house is located in the middle in the forest, a peaceful oasis. We were warmly greeted and to the room accompanied. Our suite was large and comfortable, unfortunately without balcony, but with a dreamlike view of tall trees, coffee and tea you could in the room and there was the closet without limits in the rooms and in the corridor, the bathroom was spacious with a bath and walk-in shower … read more

We are for two nights at the bavarian hotel been and were very satisfied. The welcome and the check in were very nice and fast. The rooms are well equipped ( no flat screen tv, but it came us not...) and it wasn't missing anything. We were not in the main -, but in a approximately 50 meters away side building accommodated. When it rains or snowstorm this is perhaps not so nice, but since the weather for our stay did, not a problem to us. For the case of the cases is possible umbrella ready.

Very friendly and hard-working. Only a couple organizational weaknesses.We were not in the star restaurant. In the evenings we used the room service. The food was very upscale. The portions were small but good.The rooms are beautiful. Beautiful substances, clean, spacious.Big room, nice bathroom, nice fabrics and colours, all of a high standard! Only the carpet was not ideal. 'beige' is rather unsuitable for a hotel suite. Since each small stain visible. But it was ok. Great eingangsbereih.The pool is very nice and very clean!
