The hotel is located in a wonderful old building. You feel like you are being transported back in time, what a great trip to Rome. You walk out of the hotel is located almost directly at the Peter place, especially in the evening a wonderful view is. In the city (restaurants, bars) within walking distance, about 20 minutes, which for us was fully in order. The public rooms (restaurant, front desk, etc.) are immaculate. Excellent, central hotel with a very friendly atmosphere. Perfect city hotel, the place to relax and dream in the middle of the city bustle of Rome is and can only be recommended. Part of monastery of Saint Benedict former. The flair of the hotel will be supported by silent classic background music with a wonderful connections and cool monastery garden in the summer. The Peter place is two minutes walk away and offers the possibility, the visit of the Vatican better to plan, in order to avoid the crowds. If you want a hotel in a central proximity to the Vatican searches, is well cared for in the hotel Cardinal CESI. No two minutes walk to St Peter's square, a good traffic connections and especially the always friendly, very helpful, good German speaking front desk staff booked this hotel for a special experience. This attractive hotel is located in St. Peter's Square, on the Via della Conciliazione. The hotel was designed by the famous architects Piacentini and Spaccarelli, and finished in 1950. Links to the public transport network lie just a couple of minutes away on foot (about 500 m). Ciampino and Fiumicino airports are both located 31 km from the hotel.

Opened in 2003, this hotel comprises a total of 30 rooms spread over 5 floors. The air-conditioned foyer houses an inviting reception desk. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard, a lounge, and a breakfast room. From the roof terrace, guests have wonderful views of Rome and St. Peter’s.
