All employees were always nice and friendly, with english one got along farther.
Our maids were mostly class, 1 time was our room around 18:00 not made yet, a call, 10 minutes later they came to 2., around the room to judge.The cocktails were barely drinkable (usually not), in the compilation untuned. Then sparkling wine to drink, there was nothing wrong.
à la carte restaurant we didn't use.
In the buffet restaurant i found it at night bad, the lots of guests with shorts, shirts and basaball -cap walking are.Room was ok, a bit shabby, but livable.The hotel is massive, but clean and … read more

In puncto the service was everything great. The staff spoke english. Everybody was very friendly and very helpful. Whether it the service in the restaurant were or the staff at the numerous bars or the staff the room cleaning. Everything really great!
Everywhere one was endeavored everything okay to hold. There were the numerous gardeners, which the green areas in shot held, the paths were cleaned, everywhere it was swept and scrubbed. A large and beautiful hotel with private access to the beach and very neat. The size the hotel is not to our taste. Suffers the atmosphere. The complete staff has few or not any foreign languages skills. English is a large problem dar. With the check in and small complaints is the front desk absolutely overburdened. Again and again apply small lack on, but because of the missing foreign languages skills not optimal can be removed. Unfortunately actually, that we therefore this nice hotel not better rate. The Hotel Bahia principe Punta Cana keen for cleanliness the hotel and the room. There this hotel one of the several hotels a large facilitities are you have to on foot about 15 minutes to the beach walk (there is also a shuttle bus). At the beach keep all the guests the hotel on. Loungers there are often already in the morning from 7 o'clock reserved, so it is possible is available at later morning no schattenliegeplatz more to receive.
