A great hotel for beach vacation on the original island huahine. The restaurant next to the hotel ( chez tara ) is very recommendable. The bungalows are functional. But you should a deluxe -bungalow rent, since the bathroom very much nice and clean than in the standard bungalows. Rental car very expensive from local vendors right at the hotel bookable. A small, untouched island. A dream come true. Right on the white sandy beach with a small offshore reef. It to take walks, snorkeling, swimming and lounging garadezu. We stayed for 5 nights at the Relais Mahana and can recommend this resort. The garden is beautifully landscaped and everything was very clean. The staff is very friendly, our bungalow was very functional and was cleaned thoroughly every day. The beach is for French Polynesia quite long and there were always enough beach chairs available.
