The service at the reception is very good. There are also several foreign languages were spoken. There are also employees, which german control. English but from all employees speak. The cleaning of the rooms was absolutely okay. There really nothing to complain about. In the restaurant we could different services watch. There is a lot of staff, but you know sometimes not, what the tasks of these operations are. Often you to a past, even if you a request, for example the purchase of a beverage. As I said above, service was friendly but very bureaucratic regarding charging simple things to our room. You had to wait a while at the reception usually too. Service in the restaurant was ok - they kept taking plates and cutlery away even when you were clearly not finished yet (and just stepped way to the buffet). They didn't clean under tables or the seats. No free wifi!Food was excellent - wide variety of dishes, great quality, tasted great. Definitely the highlight of our stay. We were for the diving in Eilat, but we had everything we needed. The beach is opposite to the snorkeling, in addition one finds numerous diving centers nearby.
