The hotel was rather one of the larger. It was clean, but the staff were very pushy, which the tips wise. At least as our suitcase on our room were brought, what we also quite even had been able. So you weren't even asked, if you want, and the nice mr is then so long in our room remained and always the same told, until we showed him tip given. In every area friendly staff, at the front desk two german, competent and helpful young women, their job obviously happy to do so. In the restaurant, the supervision, was however also not too bad, even to help, all forces were fast and tried hard, the plates were quickly cleared away, drinks even at a restaurant-owned bar. Everything, we tasted have, we really liked, particularly the white wine. The beer was quickly tapped, but always well chilled.

At the hotel we were very positively surprised.
The staff, at the front desk as well as in the restaurant, was very friendly and accommodating.
The room was clean and was cleaned every day. We felt really comfortable and would definitely recommend the hotel.
In short: great vacation however is Bulgaria definitely not as cheap as it is claimed, if you in €convert costs some things exactly like with us :-) … read more
