Five star are too much the good, the lobby of the hotel, and the friendliness are worth 5 stars more not.
And always enough small money for tip none which, with trips anyway a must.
The beach bar you could beautiful make, toilets at the beach borderline. Pool in the hotel is on the first floor, therefore a wonderful sea view. Both pools in the hotel, as well as in the residence could have been a bit bigger, well visited it was cramped. Waiter in a restaurant: ok.
Bar: top.
Room service: ok. , minibarfüllung after desire and mood, tend to be less and less drinks, the longer stay ( probably because of the utilization). The room service came limited more and more late, sometimes only 17:00)
Front desk in the hotel: could friendly and more responsive to be. ( A stamp on a map using glue to secure, as unsolvable problem dar. However luckily there was still a 2. Front desk...)
Beach bar: reduced service, as all inclusive-guest is a guest of second class.

The staff's hospitality is in this hotel admirable, the competence excellent. They provide around the hour but, that their guests in all aspects be comfortable, no matter in which area ( service, cleaning of the rooms etc.) some busy have middle to good German language skills, however should the travelers good English, if not even french available his, since french most spoken is. This is the children friendly hotel I have ever experienced. I remember the poor mounir, the many a time my daughter (3) their kindercocktail afterwards and the very much has. Also it was never a face warped if sometimes broken or the children through the restaurant hared are. Actually Tunisia a crazy child-friendly Nation ( this is the German not used to). It may also to the blue eyes of my children to have, but they were everywhere prodded and were gladly seen.
