A front desk in the usual style does not exist, I had to me the key in the attached 'cafe & lift parlor', where the locals like a few beers and cigarettes allows. The rooms are spartan equipped and getting old, such as, for example, the bathroom: unsteady Towel rack, broken lamps, no shower's wall, a wry toilet (and sink).
