The staff are curt and rather rude.Quality and quantity leaves all wishes open!The furniture as the hotel already in old.The complex is although already somewhat older but still in a relatively good condition. The hygiene is too many good as to designate. We were already for the 3 time here and we will not do so again. Elevator between 1st and 2. floor stick... We (2 adults,1 toddler, and 1 baby) Pressed several times on the waited for rescue. You heard the shrill alarm tone but no one came to help. The staff is always friendly and strives very well to speak German, if not one comes well with English... The cleaning of the rooms is sunday.. From time to time beach chairs a few hairs from the cleaning lady and the fresh towels are usually dirty (have glebe stains) and broken... Terrible: staff can be rude and unpolite, with no interest to help unless you give them tips. Many amenities are not in use any more (like the beach bar, children playground, football and basketball field, entertainment area. You will get just the basic service and forget about some additional services. Food: Food in the main restaurant was somehow acceptable.     The hotel is located directly at the beautiful white sandy beach of Skanés- Monastir, with impressive views of the Mediterranean. It lies some 7 km from the city of Monastir and around 15 km from Sousse, with many historical places of interest to visit in both cities as well as restaurants, bars and shopping venues. The desert is also close by. The nearest airport is Monastir International Airport which lies around 1 km from the hotel.
  • Facilities
    The hotel was completely refurbished at the beginning of 2007. This establishment combines Arabian glamour with European comfort to create unforgettable holidays. This beach side club resort comprises a total of 330 rooms spread over 4 floors. Facilities on offer to guests include air conditioning, a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, lift access, a cafe, a hairdresser, bars, a disco, a games room, a TV lounge, restaurants, conference facilities and Internet access. Guests may also take advantage of the laundry service, concierge and bellboy services and there is free parking for those arriving by car. For the younger guests there is are kids' clubs for age 3-6 year olds and 6-10 year old, and a playground.

    The hotel offers 225 double rooms, 80 quadruple rooms and 30 family rooms for up to 6 people. Almost all rooms feature impressive sea views. All accommodation has just undergone refurbishment and is decorated in warm colours. A bathroom, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, a direct dial telephone and satellite TV are provided in all accommodation as standard. All rooms feature a terrace.

    The resort offers a full entertainment programme for adults and children, as well as an evening programme of shows, musicals and games. The beach features a diving school and a huge range of motorised water sports (for an extra charge). Guests may enjoy banana boating, water skiing, jet skiing, canoeing and pedal boating. The nearest golf course is around 5 km away. There are 4 pools in total including indoor and outdoor pools and a children's pool as well as a poolside snack bar, a sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols. Guests may enjoy aqua aerobics, the sauna, massage treatments, tennis, table tennis, aerobics, basketball, handball, volleyball, beach volleyball, pool, bocce and mini golf. Sports enthusiasts may enjoy a work-out in the gym.

    This resort offers all-inclusive deals with local drinks included. Guests are offered 4 restaurants including a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, a pizzeria and a beach snack bar as well as 5 bars and a disco. The resort offers guests booking a stay of 7 days' all-inclusive, 1 dinner in the à la carte restaurant (reservation in advance at the hotel reception).
