It has all the facilities wonderful worked. The staff were very friendly, in the various bars less friendly. For a short break the hotel is very pleasant, quiet. Elevator between 1st and 2. floor stick... We (2 adults,1 toddler, and 1 baby) Pressed several times on the waited for rescue. You heard the shrill alarm tone but no one came to help. The hotel was definitely very nice, but that is unfortunately already long ago, it is quite worn, which is broken, remains broken, nothing is repaired or renovated! Our room was okay, thanks to regular tip also always clean. The biggest nightmare was, that we with arrival said got, that no reservation for us, so who knew nothing at all of us! After a long wait and some inquiring came a call from the travel agent (bucher-travel), that the hotel unfortunately overbooked and we with the taxi into another hotel drive! My husband, the tunisians is, the manager and a riesenstreit ... starting, and see there, suddenly we had a room (strange or and even with a sea view). When i with the tour guide, the next day into the hotel came, complained, he showed, that it everything just sch. No matter, what's on, since one can make nothing, and so on. The last! The beach was beautiful, the sea was wonderfully warm, only unfortunately far from enough beach chairs at the beach and also at the pool! The hotel was to 90% of russians, the behave worse than animals, which one must see even, otherwise one believes it not, within 10 minutes was the buffet devastated, there were no plates, no glasses etc. More since. Terrible! We had to tip, so that we have a bottle of water got, the russians guzzled the Wodka bottle all inclusive, this is really the last! All in all, you are in this hotel only with tip further, no matter, whether in the restaurant, at the bar. Oh yes, the receptionist was extremely rude! So we are extremely disappointed and book this hotel certainly never again! And we book also certainly no more vacation with bucher travel! read hotel review

    As mentioned above, in this hotel there is no such thing as service not. Much too little staff, the totally overloaded and only with tips a bit more will. The fact is, that complaints of any kind absolutely no interest, to only shoulder-twitch, no excuse, no change, one feels as guest does not welcome!

    The pool is really nice and our daughter had also much fun with the slides, but unfortunately the tiles around the pool was slippery, we often observed, that someone slipped and fell down. Entertainment was actually only super loud music, that was it!

    We were always only in the same restaurant for lack of alternatives, the food was almost always the same and often cold, the drinks were fast empty, and it came only tap water instead of Cola, Fanta etc... The table cloths were almost always dirty, but due to the fact, that simply much too little staff there was, the came with the best will not afterwards! We got all stomach problems (diarrhea, flatulences).

    The hotel is located right opposite the airport monastir, but it is not noisy and one doesn't feel bothered by aircraft noise. Us it is incomprehensible, why this airport almost not more terminals, we ended up in Enfidha when Hammamet and had to about 1.5 hours go by bus, though we would have to foot go! Total nonsense!

    Our room was very nice, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom and the toilet clean, what the regular tip. Tv we didn't use it, since one extra at the reception for a fee the remote control to get, and also, you can hear anyway nothing because of the loud music. We had a sea view, which was really nice, for example in the morning if it still was quiet.

The hotel with about rooms, has a garden area with 3 pool, 2 bars outside (only one open) 3 bars inside (only an open) and a stage the in need of renovation and therefore not used. From the outside the hotel makes a good impression, but inside, the completely different from...     The hotel lies exactly opposite from the airport monastir, but it is not by the noise from the planes bother us. The center from monastir is about kilometers away... There, there are a small bazaar and a shopping center... The mosque with museum (you can see)... But from of the city was not so nice... 12 kilometer away is the third largest city of sousse... There, there are many shops, a promenade and a large basár in the medina... Sousse is very worth seeing. In the hotel you can still other numerous excursions book... For example quad biking ( very recommendable), camel tour, Jeep safari... And so on.

    The double rooms are already somewhat older and run-down, however spacious enough for 2 persons. There is a small cupboard for 2 persons and clothes for 2 weeks way too small is... To the small tv welcomes you only ZDF than German channels and a remote control does not exist... ( against money zumietbar ) The terrace is sufficient and even has a holder to dry our clothes... The bathroom is separated from of the toilet... Everything it is very run-down and dirty... The washbasin- and badewannenabfluss walk very, very bad, the water is only times five minutes inside... The air conditioning that is unacceptable, it expires but does not cold... Sometimes it was evenings but only for a few hours on apart from that not at all...

    The staff is always friendly and strives very well to speak German, if not one comes well with English... The cleaning of the rooms is sunday.. From time to time beach chairs a few hairs from the cleaning lady and the fresh towels are usually dirty (have glebe stains) and broken... And since the elevator as i have already mentioned action stopped, we saw a wall and above luckily a circa 80 centimeter open gap from 2. floor. I gave the aide to only the children and then climbed my wife and i out. This staff familiar to us that it was many a time before the someone stuck/ At the front desk one wanted us choke off and said they would take care of it. The were no little überarscht or shocked the a family almost in their elevator smothered. Seemed not the first time have to be. Never again! Food was bad. Beverages tasted after chlorine. Flushing of of the toilet in the room was broken and was not also repaired, although we had complained-had with a bucket of swill.
