It was just perfect. A dream weekend. The lady at the reception was very friendly even, although on saturday afternoon ordered the sunday a wonderful birthday cake on the table and this was also very nicely decorated. Staff are hard working and friendly, but that is for a hotel in this category also expectWe had breakfast booked: choice is ok, quality average, like for instance sausage, cheese. Jam from the großpachung, honey in small long life capsule thingies are left-filled.
Presentation of the buffets also average, with later breakfast is not anymore everything available and signs are visible.
Breakfast room is dark and chairs stood too narrow.
Coffee is likewise average, for other italian hotel so bad, espresso etc. Cannot be specially ordered. Teesortiment is extensive.Our room (number 208), double rooms, which very small. Tiny bathroom and shower, in which … read more

We have already in the morning before the breakfast already hot water for the tow needed. Not a problem. The hotel packs snack packages for the day trips. Family business can tell you: grandpa is the breakfast, the tocheter of the hotel sit at the front desk. All were very nice and they satisfy every request!
South Tyrol is more Austria because Italy, therefore, german not a problem!Small breakfast room, which was comfortable. We were thrilled, especially on the friendly service. Service is here in the foreground. Highly recommend is also the restaurant, but doesn't belong to the hotel.
