Service is definitely not more to beat. All were friendly, helpful and smile with pleasure. My 12-year old daughter has every day when entering the dining room, for breakfast and dinner, and the same waiters, always a nice small, genuine, rose in the hand or on the table put. The friendliness was here in abundance to feel. All other staff, no matter where one looked, were in a good mood and very spontaneously. One noticed, that the work to them fun. Definitely recommendable. Very friendly staff the English and french. The pool in October rather a fridge directly. Longer badegänge are not recommendable. The location of the hotel is far enough of of the city away, so that one of the bad deal Far enough enough away. Staff are friendly and helpful, unfortunately also some neglectful, if the tips didn't arrive on time or sufficiently ','I enjoyed it and there was also for any taste something to eat. This hotel is located in the heart of a Marrakech palm grove, 3 km away from the city centre.
Facilities
The Hispano-Moorish architecture of this hotel is remarkably integrated into the heart of a 7 hectare park and is a perfect venue for seminars, meetings and conferences. This charming family-friendly spa and conference hotel comprises a total of 255 elegant rooms including 12 suites. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a bar, a restaurant and conference facilities. Guests may also take advantage of the bicycle hire service and there is parking for those arriving by car. The younger guests will enjoy the kids' club and the children's playground.
