For Côte d'Azur the hotel is, or better said Cannes a very good starting point. Because you can watch the most popular cities ( Monaco, Nizza, St. Tropez) well by car reach. The hotel is located in the hills of Cannes, walk it is a good ten minute walk to the beach, on the way back you had to walk uphill logically and it takes a bit longer. The big plus at the hotel is that you're in the parking garage free parking which is Cannes otherwise yes very expensive. The pool area was very nicely arranged there were enough beach chairs available. In the exercise room is the usual equipment for example two treadmills. There is not a shower. Looking for a family friendly hotel in the south of France we to go on the Novotel, because the quality is standardized and for families children up to 15 years not extra eingepreist. This is exactly what we found at Novotel Cannes Montfleury. We had booked a family room with breakfast. The room had ample closet and Ablagekapazität, breakfast was enough dishes. The centre of Cannes, the beach and the festival centre are only around 10 minutes away.
