The delta vienna is for a short break for for example business or city travelers perfectly. It is centrally located 5 minutes walk from the train station away. Around the corner direct shopping street with shops and bakeries. The rooms are big enough and the bathroom was medium sized but clean!
Shower creme in the shower available. Breakfast buffet was not used by us. The hotel we have as a stop passing through after bratislava use. We recommend in any case further! … read more

Ideal location for a city trip since nearby directly the subway is, only a couple of minutes until to Karlsplatz

The employees at the reception were very pleasant and accommodating. There was no problems.
The staff in the restaurant was a bit silent, but this could also at the extent of the people, the be operated.
From the room cleaning was top, really neat, nowhere in the bathroom was a hair or stains to be found, also in the room a good and clean condition.The hotel has 180 rooms, of which are 7 single rooms. The hotel itself is really nice, the rooms are clean and tidy, the access to the public transportation is absolutely central, the only disaster in the house is the very unfriendly staff. On the way there there was not times a warm welcome or at least a greet god, the staff in the breakfast room was a pure impertinence. The coffee we had to get them ourselves, once there was no for coffee spoons and so on and so on the staff there was no good morning and also only something. The service was really so bad, we have never experienced something like that, that is why our reason, here to write.
The staff is of arrival until the departure totally unfriendly!
Not even a greeting, the two rezeptionisten have private talk to each other and not even notice.
Furthermore, we are not in a garage out, etc.
They gave no information and also for the return trip we had to make everything yourself.
For breakfast the staff was not friendly also, when we after a high chair asked.
