Upon arrival we were very friendly well understandable german from a mr at the front desk received, the us without being asked with a situation, and a busfahrzeitenplan supplied and also at the next days always good mood spread
Unfortunately, this was the only staff with this courteous behaviour.
The other only spoke spanish or english, behaved more formal/relevant to partly disinterested, performed their job without complaints, but also without any smile or commitment. The rooms were properly cleaned.Breakfast is very british, but for the price absolutely sufficient. We were after our hike by the Serra Tramuntana for one night the romantic hotel. Since there the cheapest hotel for this appointment was, were our expectations not very high. We were pleasantly surprised. We were warmly welcomed and also not inclined looked at with our tuck into and large backpacks. Our room was not very big and the decor was simple, but bright and clean and with good beds. In April 2011 we liked the hotel very much. It is a small hotel. We had room 221, with the 'partial ocean view' (thus a view of the neighboring building). Since we were really only there to eat and sleep in the hotel, that did not disturb us. The hotel was located directly on the beach, so you can refer to the promenade, the sea view. Our room was always cleaned very well and the towels were-as necessary, changed. From time to time it was possible to hear music from outside, but really didn't bother and was short-lived. walls made of paper, beds worn, long waits, in order to get an information, whether and for what price you can not sleep. first allocated room was wall-to-wall with the generator of the nebenhauses in complaint was handled, when I called I money back, the front desk rude barman, the therefor had no competence and had to call, at prices to be called (25 in season without breakfast, much too expensive!), the next room was a little on the neighbors. better calls I could watch word for word, windows don't close well. never again. only advantage: directly on the ocean, … read more

For a stay up to 1 week okay. Simple and cheap. Located directly at the beach. In town ( about 5 minutes on foot) lots of restaurants and sport activities. As many English tourists English is better than German from the staff understood and spoken. … read more
