Great luxury hotel with impressive lobby and good location close to the Marina Bay, the ferris wheel and numerous shopping streets. Friendly, although partially delayed service and nice new rooms. Quite expensive, but not free as one of the best hotels in Singapore evaluated. We would immediately go again - but would not pay full price, if we take this private compound,. Probably there are better value for standards in sin. In january we test the fairmont and then test, whether a cheaper room clear drawbacks,... Spend more than 1 hour in total during check-in. the handling of the check-in was badly organized, staff was clearly over-whelmed during SIlver Week check-in rush. Huge hotel, number of rooms is not known. Very good condition, modern but with charm. Perfectly clean. Rooms with and without breakfast bookable, or packages which some additional services, such as late check-out, breakfast, upgrade to next zimmerkategorier etc. Include.     We had a 'double preferences by pan pacific' and got amongst others an upgrade to a room in the 13. floor with a balcony and view over the skyline of Singapore. Large room, modern, friendly, and newly furnished. Good lighting, good beds, venetian blind and there with a remote control individually controllable. Unaufdringilche and quiet air conditioning. Minibar, coffee/tea, enough free water n bottles. Tv available, unusual to serve (to demand and instruction not a problem). Bathroom big enough, with a big shower, make-up mirror, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, toothbrushes and toothpaste... , bathrobes, slippers, iron and ironing board, in-room safe, everything available. Plenty of space for luggage rack. A bit too few clothes hangers. Clean, very good room cleaning. As mentioned from the balcony an extremely nice view over Singapore, specially at night. Not very quiet, as a heavily driven street in front of the hotel along goes. Ear plugs but not needed. Small deficiency : on the balcony we found neither a seating area or a table before.

    Very nice, quiet and relatively large pool with a garden, beach chairs, umbrellas and pool towels, duschräumlichkeiten, toilet, sauna, fitness room. Small restaurant (snacks and drinks) with nice seating areas surrounded by greenery, separated from the pool area. All these facilities meticulously clean and tidy. Showers and umkleideräumlichkeiten, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair-dryer and gratiswasserflaschen also after check-out the guests made available.

    Distance from /to the airport: with the taxi circa 20 minutes hotel is located at the raffles boulevard. Mrt station 'promenade' (yellow line) in 5 minutes on foot distance. Around the hotel shopping center with connections to to Esplanade and raffles link. Restaurants and cafes in great quantities nearby. On foot 10 minutes to the Marina Bay Sands and about 20 minutes to the 'gardens by the bay'.

    Very friendly, motivated and helpful staff. Whether is german understood cut my knowledge. English without problem. Room cleaning without complaints. From the staff, no matter wether at the front desk, concierge, bell boy, pool area, or in the restaurant, everything is done to make guests comfortable and the information and assistance is he needs.

    Some restaurants and bars (not counted). The breakfast buffet is simply fantastic. You need the first morning a bit of time to orientate yourself. There was nothing missing. Classic, mediterranean, asian. Cheese, fish, fruit, fresh crepes or pancakes, bread, pastries, hot dishes, vegetables. Fresh egg dishes, freshly squeezed juices (without an extra charge), cereal, yogurt and so on. The offered coffee is good, it is but also espresso... Offered. The cleanliness was perfect. Quality and quantity excellent. Atmosphere due to the size a little impersonal but not negative. Evenings there was no restaurant from the hotel used by us. Tips are not ewartet but gladly taken.

Rang Mahal serves North Indian Cuisine and Zambuca is an Italian fine dining establishment, offering innovative Italian dishes accompanied by an excellent wine list.
