Great luxury hotel with impressive lobby and good location close to the Marina Bay, the ferris wheel and numerous shopping streets. Friendly, although partially delayed service and nice new rooms. Quite expensive, but not free as one of the best hotels in Singapore evaluated. We would immediately go again - but would not pay full price, if we take this private compound,. Probably there are better value for standards in sin. In january we test the fairmont and then test, whether a cheaper room clear drawbacks,... All in all, highly recommended and its 5 stars really deserved! read hotel review

Spend more than 1 hour in total during check-in. the handling of the check-in was badly organized, staff was clearly over-whelmed during SIlver Week check-in rush. In addition, late check-outs were numerous. Positive: free dinner in one of the hotel's restaurants. Very good variety for breakfast; recommend: Japanese and Indian restaurant read hotel review

The pan pacific is my current stay one of the best houses, in which i Singapore ever was. Very large, luxurious, but not prying tacky. Very pleasant. The central location of the hotel i could my job in the city center very fast and pleasant with the taxi without much time in the traffic to lose. The staff was very attentive and tried to get me for questions and wishes as good as possible to help. Morning called from the first day of my leads and consistently until the day of departure in progress, without, that i every day anew ... had to ask. Thumbs up! My original room was the description and had a great king-size bed. In the room there were no major shortcomings and the room cleaning was impeccably and conscientious every day. The bathroom had a large mirror surface and a walk-in shower with an extra large shower head. Amenities like a lit shaving mirror was missing of course not. The breakfast was very extensive and i could of a large büfettauswahl benefit. Special requests (eggs, etc.) were on the table and freshly prepared.
