The staff were always very friendly. Both the waiter in the hotel, the cleaning staff, the entertainers and also the barkeepers were very nice and always make an effort, everything according to our wishes to fulfill. All speak English, some also German. You can in any case always communicate. The rooms were cleaned daily, the bed linen every 3 days changed. Fresh towels you could every day received.The food was very tasty. You could for every meal time from a variety of different dishes from the buffet select, furthermore each morning fresh pancakes and every evening fresh pizzas. friendly the quality and taste of the food, unfortunately hardly Greeks. rooms are daily cleaned, towels 2 days all changed.1 restaurant, 1 bar. Kitchen style was something of everything. For us it was correct. Sometimes just a little crowded, since only limited capacity available is. all inclusive ends on the final day exactly 12:00 A. M., lunch will cost 15,00 euros per person (no matter what age!). all inclusive of the drinks beer draft beer, wine from the paperboard and everything, from the sprayer is what. Location
This hotel is located just 20 km to the east of Heraklion and the international airport. The hotel's small beach is just 10 metres away, whilst the larger public sandy beach is 170 m from the hotel. Typical for the island of Crete, the small village of Analipsis is 700 m away, whilst cosmopolitan Hersonissos is 4 km from the hotel. The palace of Knossos is 25 km away.
Facilities
Surrounded by beautiful gardens, the welcoming beach hotel has a total of 200 rooms. Facilities include a lobby, air conditioning, various shops, a small supermarket, a bar, a TV room, a restaurant as well as a conference room. There is also a children's playground and an Internet connection at this hotel.

The rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, direct dial telephone, TV, a radio, a fridge, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace.
