The grounds are very nice, rooms large and clean. Staff friendly. But: every evening loud entertainment, the whole day noise (loudspeaker music, noisy children's entertainment, etc.) It's not possible to eat in peace, let alone a schlummerdrink to take. I praised the physician on Monday 20th July, on Friday 24th he was chased off. Details: Despite European ownership and management there is the chief accountant as grey eminence in the hotel. He is described as fanatic Moslem, hating women and Christians. The physician Dr. Mina, helping me with great effect, is Coptic Christian. After attending Coptic mass on Friday 24th, he was 10 minutes late at his desk. Reason enough to fire a committed medico. The accountant "just threatened". Of course, Coptic Christians, treated over 1000 years as slaves, do withdraw when threatened. - Bravo. Thinking of the outstanding ... place, and the whole service personnel friendly and competent, one person can do a lot of damage. - I understand that the Swedish owner is doing a lot of good in the region. I think he should have a closer look into the described matter. Beware, the answers you will get were ok, in a formal and bureaucratic way. But a place advertising with nursing nature and wildlife should keep up human rights also. A satisfaction would be appropriate. PS: I loved the architecture of the resort. PPS: I wanted to praise the Subex diving station and all his people, but now I am hesitating. I have to think what my first praise of the medico had had for consequences.     There are plenty of sunbeds on the beach, perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. There is a Jetty leading to the reef and open water - it was amazing to snorkle or just swim there. Both the beach as well as the water were very clean.

    simply outstanding from all the staff from front of house, waiters, chefs and people in other roles- friendly, courteous, professional and very helpful. Never saw one of the staff not smiling - they are clearly proud to work in such a fine hotel complex and treat their guests so very well.

    Meticulously clean and well furnished with TV, digital safe, free wi fi - very comfrotable bed and such soft pillows. All the hygeine products you needed provided, ample towels and face cloths, hair dryer and shaving socket - telephone even free slippers. Fridge . Kettle with complementary coffer and tea. Room thorougly cleaned every day by courteous and friendly gentleman from the house keeping department . Full air conditioning. Everything looked brand new. Room had a balcony even on ground floor with great views with table and chairs.

    i learned they have some 40 chefs . Hyqeine and food safety standards were very high abnd they even have a medically trained food safety and hyqeine expert on hand to maintain standards. Huge varierty and range of wonderful food, two freshly made soups of the day, wonderful deserts and many different main courses on a daily basis. Several different eating areas with different ambiances - evrywhere spotless and again waiting staff exceptionally friendly and attentive

    Football, tennis and basketball courts on site beach volley ball aqua Zumba in one to the beautiful pools with bar areas at each. You could also have scuba and snorkelling lessons at the on site dive centre.Plenty of shaded sun loungers and a towel card system in operation. There was a large conitingent if Italain guests served by energetic animators who put on a different show every night. There was a keyboard musician playing mostly European songs in English is one of the cosy beach bars with an intimate ambiance. Pools beautiful clean and well appointed.

    We stayed on site at the resort but it was beautifully laid out with gardens, walk ways , play areas, discreet bars by the beach and three large pools as well as a beautiful beaches and a coral reef just off shore with astonishing marine life and wonderful for snorkelling. There was a diving centre on site as well as gym, spa and beauty parlour as well as a number of small shops selling souvenirs, clothing and essentials. Very happy to remain on site for the two weeks I stayed.

I rested at the beautiful beach with the wind and sun protection and quiet, clean rooms with balcony. There was delicious food in large variety in the clean restaurant and friendly staff take away empty plates. The trip after quseir with hotel and desk manager was a nice idea, informative with the visit of the coptic church, mosque, former phosphorfabrik and the hotel owner supported nursery school. Ended the evening with shisha and tea with 'question time' on egyptian life. The spa area has unfortunately lost by the departure of the indian masseuse in their ayurvedic ambience. read hotel review

Congratulation to Mr. Frank for his well schooled staff. During our stay in this wonderful hotel no problem at all occured. Everything was perfect.....from the delicious food which is offered in the resataurant and Pool Bar to the friendly and helpful staff which is always on ones hand. Perfect place to calm down and get rid of the dull routine of everydays life. We will be back for shure and already looking forward to it. read hotel review

Admittedly: my review may 'too good to be true' sound. But i must seriously say, my 2 week stay over new year's eves in this hotel till now my nicest and most relaxing holiday was. As executives you are looking for peace and relaxation on holiday, good and varied food, friendly and attentive service, a professional spa and ideally sun. All this i stayed at the Radisson Blu found. Due to the crisis in Egypt (which is so slow to have been resolved seems) unfortunately, there are currently only a few guests to Egypt. Whereas you clearly must persevere, that ... you in this area Marsa Alam none of these notices. Here you can absolutely secure travel! Everything was very clean, the area was really very nice, the food was very varied, the service was very friendly and you can tell, that the team well understands and together. I have several people, that it is the best holiday ever was (individual were very often in Egypt so far). Complaints were immediately and one friendly apologized (a wrong drinks for example). Already after 3 days knew the team, what you wanted to drink or where you can sit. The management has regularly with the guests associated and feedback asked. There was even an evening in the city and a school trips, the owners and the management support financially. You could only be amazed about the warmth and the commitment! We were the 5. time in Egypt on the red sea, in the winter. The Radisson Blu in El Quseir this is a large by far the best hotel, although we always good hotel.     Hurghada 90 minutes, great diving station, its own doctor, a few shops, which are not too expensive, if you are. Night life available, but completely shielded. After El Quseir only 3 kilometer. the private beach and the beach are a dream.

We booked this hotel with friends booked. Everything in one was it okay, blew it did not. 5 star has the hotel deserves. There are 2 raustaurants, one is exclusively for italian. The food was sufficiently available, our taste it was not always. We found however, the almost every plate was dirty. The waiters were always friendly, but also very slow. What also has to be said, are the prices for the drinks. Who a bottle of Cola want to buy, can already times 9 Euro per liter loose make. Cigarettes cost in the hotel 40 Euro the rod (at ... the airport 12 Euro ), Drinks from the mini bar in the room are also overly expensive. We have ourselves with the manager complained, that you at the pool not served, you had to get drinks yourself at the bar. The manager justifies itself with the argument it guests nerves would. Around the masseurs constantly on the beach chairs and speak of. Massages cost from 40 Euro by the way. We ate our children in the care of children 20 minutes late pick up, because we with the diving center Subex diving and had to 10 Euro for the 20 minutes are charged. Under a 5 star hotel, we were all what. Still a nice facility and many pools. read hotel review
