The front desk staff and the staff were very friendly and with complaints or questions immediately around us cared (Internet worked in the first 2 days, which was due to a storm) foreign languages skills (in our case German) none of us had. (but we didn't expect, of course) the cleaning of the rooms took place daily and it was so far OK. Only at the start we had to ask the maid nachzu eyes once again, as in some places still krümel & hair lying about.included in the price was a continental breakfast. Service!!! What service??? Well it was really zero. Our hair dryer in the room was not more 2nd time around. Called,called the front desk as I just coming out of the shower and hair wet. These no effort to me ...... No - I had to 3 floors deep desk gave me a key to a different room my dried her hair. This was the worst hotel on our trip. The concrete in the room has a bad impression made. The room itself was dark and also rude. We have complained to the reception, in the hope of a better room to get. It was offered us a different room then also. But this room was unfortunately the twin of the first room. The hotel is noisy. You can hear each step from the neighbors or tenant. The room are worn. The killer was still the breakfast. This will take place at the reception area. We sadly can't say a lot of good about the service!! Unfortunately on the 2nd day we experienced a great insolence!!! On recommendation of our travel agency (with which we have been for a while and who are also experienced) we took a lot of cash with us and a credit card but no travellers checks. As we didn't want to take all the cash with us we got a safe at reception in form of a cash box. There were 2 keys for this cash box. We got one of them, one of them had to stay with the … read more
