• Accommodation
  All our apartments offer plenty of sea-view and an amazing size. Equipped with a modern kitchen (fridge of 116 l, coffee-maker, toaster and kettle) our apartments have one bedroom, a living room with a sofa-bed and a bathroom. The size of one apartment is 40 m² with 10 m² of balcony or terrace. Your Extras: satellite-TV (limited channels), safe (extra-cost), telephone and iron (extra cost). Cleaning service: 5 days a week, change of towels: 3 times and change of linen: once a week.

  The spectacular Irish bar offers a wonderful view of the ocean - what a spectacular scenery.   This apartment hotel is situated in the leisure district of Puerto Rico just a few minutes walk from the town centre and a park. Bars, restaurants and nightclubs are all to be found in the complex's vicinity. The nearest beach is about 800 km away, as are links to the public transport network. Las Palmas de Gran Canarias takes around 50 minutes to reach by car.
• Facilities
  Built in 1987 and renovated in 2002, this complex includes a total of 114 apartments spread over 4 floors. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange desk and a lift. In addition, there is a supermarket, a café, a cosy bar, a breakfast and dining room as well as a restaurant with smoking and non-smoking areas as well as highchairs. It is also possible to make use of the self-service washing facilities and the medical assistance if necessary (added fee). There are parking facilities available for those arriving by car.

  All the apartments are tastefully furnished and come with a combined living/ sleeping room, an en suite bathroom, a separate bedroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a kitchenette, a mini-fridge or fridge, a tea/coffee maker and a safe. In addition, a balcony or terrace comes as standard.
