After originally our first trip was canceled, it went a little later in the hotel booked by us and we weren't disappointed. The check out was even about 12 hours after the front moved, so that we a half day more available after midnight and arrived there. The transfer time from the airport amounted to exactly 11 minutes, the back transfer the circumstances payable, that several hotels were on the route, only 30 minutes. After some umziehaktionen we have a room in the main building without connecting door to eastern europe or the balkans, nachbargästen receive. The hotel is very dated. We were expecting a four star plus. However I would say it's a poor three. Rooms basic. We arrived in our room and promptly returned go the front desk to request an upgrade! There were none to suit our family's needs and we literally had to stick it out. We were left feeling deflated and unhappy. The main foyer lifts worked once in the two weeks we were there so there was a lot of stair climbing. We were shown to the service elevator which was small smelly and dangerous. We were horrified that the ... staff thought it was perfectly acceptable to use as a regular means to reach our room.     Hurghada itself is up and coming. In other words nothing is complete! Pavements buildings shops. Mostly dangerous and very very unsightly. It looks like a dumping site. The sister hotel Alladin. Which u need to navigate to reach the beach when walking has building works going on. Nooooo health and safety. Poorly lit dug up paths. Wires loose on ground. Wheelbarrows and building materials lying around. Men knocking down walls in flip flops. Literally having to walk through the building site to reach your destination, My husband was almost pick pocketed whilst walking to the local mall. He was also offered drugs just feet from our young children so not good. Taxi drivers constantly harassing you. Young children trying to sell goods in the dark.

    The food. Oh my goodness the food! It truly is terrible. The choice is poor, poorly cooked. Either undercooked or very over done. Some of the meats I have actually removed from my mouth mid chew. I didn't eat for two days by choice and we took to going to the Italian situated in the Alladin complex. This was marginally better and we used it three times. Other times we walked in the evenings to the senzo mall for a KFC or a McDonald's This entailed a slightly hair arising walk in the dark on manic roads with pickpockets and child sellers. The soft drinks in the hotel were often warm. Flat and almost see through. Not good in 45 degree heat. My whole family have come home with upset stomachs and looser waistbands. Not a great advert for an all inclusive hotel.

    The waiters were either quick to help. Or... Leering gets! Some of them trying to chat you up while your husband is in the queue for food! And your children are with you. Others staring blatantly while your at the pool in your swimsuit. The cleaners were conscientious .. We were Constantly feeling the need to tip. Had more attention from staff in day prior to leaving than we had whole holiday. One member of staff actually said I'm so sad you leave I could cry. With his hand practically held out! Not many interactions felt genuine sadly. It's all about the tip.

    Basic. Dated. Disappointing .. Pros.. Cleaned daily. Free water. Some basic TV channels for kids good air con. Was just really deflated at the standard of accommodation .. We were disapointed and basically had to make do with what we had. The room certainly wasn't a pleasure.

    Pools good clean and great for children. Life guards around. Pool boys cleaning. Evening entertainment awful. Mostly spoken in Russian of German. A very inadequate entertainment team. I think they're trying but they just can't pull it off.

Very good family hotel. Kind and helpful staff everywhere. For me and my family this is the third time we visited this hotel and it feels like homecoming. The rooms have lots of space even the standard rooms. Restaurant makes good food. read hotel review

The Titanic Aquapark Hotel is a friendly and very clean hotel with great food and excellent staff. Cant fault the hotel in any way....The pool areas for children are exceptional and the animation staff are very friendly and easy to approach and try to get everyone involved in all activities. read hotel review

We were there for the first time and can only recommend the hotel. What was offered here was just great. The cleanliness and the atmosphere of the hotel were just great. The staff was always friendly and always endeavors eager to please. Also, the entertainers were just great. They have the guests very much was offered. Auqua gymnastics to the learning of Zumba. They offered us a new show every evening, the was always super. Praise to the animators! Just great. The beach was super. Also there we had everything the heart could desire. All ten minutes a shuttle bus ... to the beach, but you can also easily walk there. The staff was helpful and always had a kessen saying on the lips to to bring us laugh. The kinderangebot childrens' hearts beat faster. The world is simply auquapark. So all in all, you can only give a smooth one. Many, many thanks to the whole team! It was a memorable vacation. And at the end still a big thank you to the activity staff Claudia and Daniel and the love from the beach Ahmed. Hope see us again.-) read hotel review

This is a great family hotel, the food is of a good standard but the choice is limited. The waiters are very friendly and efficient but sometimes over keen to clear your plates. The grounds are kept very clean and the outside attendents are very helpful and will always find you sunbeds and a place to sit. For a non smoker the evening entertainment area indoors is not well ventilated. The entertainment is ok, if a little low budget! The aqua park is great. read hotel review

This was our first visit to Hurghada and we would fly back there again immediately. The hotel is not any more the newest, but very well maintained. It is daily cleaned every inch. Our room was more than big enough and very clean. It is cleaned every day and a little tip will from towels shaped sculptures with great thanks-) The hotel staff was always friendly and courteous. Excursions can be booked at the hotel super. We highly recommend to make the schnorcheltrip. Super friendly and the food was also great force. The grounds are amazing. Whether the pools ... or the aquapark. It is everywhere beware and cleaned. The slides are everywhere guarded. With the hotel personnel at the slides, you can make great fun-)! We recommend taking beach shoes for the beach and the slides. The hotel beach is with the shuttle or on foot (15 minutes all) easy to reach. It is a really well kept beach, which has a pool bar, toilet, outdoor showers. Has. The food was also fully in order and varied. We recommend to go on the first day and to buy bug spray senzomol. Because despite the daily insektenbekämpfung (morgens/abends) in the area, but a lost bugs in the room. There one gets everything which one needs, whether cosmetics, food; drink. Approve to normal prices. €or you could go to ägy. P. pay. All in all a super vacation in a friendly country! We will be back soon-) read hotel review

Actually we had booked for 14 days, we have 11 hour leave hurriedly but after this hotel. But the sequence: We arrived at night, against 1 hours, totally tired to. Check-in was really quick and no 3 minutes later we were already in the room. The room, really big, but absolutely unloving and tasteless furnished. Was impossible to sleep; under our balcony sat at the bar and talking very loud people. In the lobby was cleaned diligently and this came to use machines meanwhile, were the not to be missed. Luckily came then in the lobby still another group, that ... covers loudly. 4 we should stay awake until half, What a comfort, only around 7 it immediately with the noise, as chairs and tables were put right outside. I was able to find in the daylight, red hair in the bed that my son. Everything was dusty and was left behind by the previous guests were still on the balcony. The bed was very uncomfortable, i had back pain. From the front desk, ask for a new room. Only through the lobby verqualmte. Even for me as a smoker disgusting. And then still smart signs hung up: everyone should decide. What a sch. The children, they must walk around, have no choice. At the front desk the next shock. English was not understood. Quiet room i would want? The looked at me, as i would have an immoral offer. One one asked me, and me alone should i see. I did that and could then also already seen as speakers mentioned views. The breakfast was a joke. I have never have to experience so a bit nasty in a hotel. Dirt everywhere, zusammengepantschter stuff, no choice. My son continued to the single, almost clean table and distributed by a waiter, since another (stamm/lieblings) guest would sit there. I could go on and on forever, and we were there only 11 hours. There was also positive, i would not cross. The rest of the staff was very nice, polite, smiling. It was deseamed much indeed, only our room would probably forget. A well presented hotel, staff always willing to assist, food very good. The shuttle bus to the beach very convenient. Room a very good size and bathroom has a very sizable shower. Family friendly hotel. Always a clean room. 14 exciting slides. Great shopping. Friendly staff and always available, if you. If you do not want to use the shuttle you can walk to the beach super. Meal tastes also super drinks just right. You cannot starve or be thirsty. The entertainers were very friendly and in a funny mood. Overall an enjoyable stay and would like to return next year. I will probably stay 2 weeks next time to enjoy more of the excursions available. If you are not sure about anything just ask reception as they are very helpful and always happy to answer any questions you my have. There is entertainment every evening but the adult entertainment is only for one hour. However I have been informed that is only during the winter season which ends at the end of April and that the outdoor entertainment in the summer months goes on later. The food was ok. ... but bear in mind that there is not often chips available for the evening meals if your children like them with their meal. Thanks for a great holiday.
