Service was ok. Only the cleaning staff was not very attentive. No new towels etc.
The staff in the service area could some languages.Food& drinks generally very expensive! Partly offered attracted, the then not at all votes. Hygiene in the public toilets in bars very, very poor!Very small & old. Bathroom that is unacceptable.

At the start the week we were in the old building of the hotel (an error by the travel agents). The rooms of the building were very small and not so clean. Because the hotel but a wonderful staff has, these us after 3 days a room in the new building offered. Had here also no extra charge. The rooms in the new part were super nice (very modern decor ), large and clean. It also has a great view. The complex really impressed us. The staff at the reception, for the food and at the bar were always friendly and moderate to good German. It adjust the guests on, because if someone and much smaltalk makes then climb a but even if you rather low-key and rather alone is keep also.
The cleaning of the rooms is sufficient. It could be a bit thorough its, at fresh towels lacks however not.

Very well maintained facilities; the superior rooms great; cleanliness really good; to the center just 5 minutes on foot and nevertheless you hear in the hotel nothing! And to the beach it are maximum 50 meters!
Food is in buffet form and it is surely something for everyone ( but there is little variety returns), but outside of the dining room a additional kitchen in the a couple more ' delicacy' freshly prepared are!
