The dinner is in the quality and quantity very good. We had yet never so good food!
Unfortunately the food is for children somewhat plain on the plate arranged, partly little side dishes.
The breakfast buffet is in the quality top, in the good selection (there are but for instance only one type of cheese). Muesli and croissants are very good.
Room in size and cleanliness top (we had a really beautiful and large family suite).
Staff included Babysitter very friendly and pleasant. Some employee speak only Italian. No' hotel for children-typical' child care ( respectively -Retention ), that means the summer program for … read more

We can really only good things to say. The staff are extremely polite, willing to help and courteous. Requests were immediate fulfilled. Predominant language in the staff. Italian. But there was always a Hotelangehörigen, the further helped. It is in German or English. The junior Manager spoke next to German and Italian a variety of languages.

Many Italians, very noisy with the food, child care little German speaking, wellness area very loud since children.
the hotel is in my opinion for German tourist not really suitable. As Italians are very noisy one must become already very loudly with the food entertained if you understand wants. Our child was in the kids club not well cared for, as she could not communicate very little German speaking staff and very few German children, so we were able to the kids club do not use. Nice hotel, super kitchen restaurant service could have been a bit better his. Aaron( waiter) was very good all the other service staff were very nice and friendly, but a bit ragged.
