We were due to overbooking of the hotel in the so-called villas. It is barracks, the not in the slightest what we had booked standard. Had this problem many geästes. Super hotel, everything was ok, would always go back, that was holiday from beginning to end. Food 6 stars was, who cannot be complained of this world. Hotel location could not have been better, room for 4 people it was fine, very dedicated entertainment team. Was a nice, quiet, relaxing holiday, the kids it was good and was not boring, but if you're looking for party, should look for another hotel. read hotel review

I wanted the end of the year once again a relaxing, quiet and peaceful holiday. It was in the Royal Atlantis Beach Hotel possible. People the party and action are in the hotel was wrong. Peace and relaxation here is guaranteed. The beach is very nice, so i at the pool never stayed. Depending on mood, you could the activities of the animation team participate. The kids were also taken care of and so happy. Also for a few children was every evening a mini disco instead, after a evening entertainment on 6 days of the week.     In general, the service was great. There is every day a surgery in the criticism and wishes can. A doctor came daily and you can a nurse always by telephone erreihcen. The most speak really good german. The room cleaning is very tidy but unfortunately is not on damaged furniture received (for us it was a abgebrochenes part of the shower head). With problems is a at the front desk and with a lot of effort to help. The waiters were all very nice and attentive, however, i had some say, that you better known guests disrespecting.

    The way to the beach is a dream. Very convenient is the proximity to the airport, you will be often the first hotel driven to and finally picked up. For shopping is easy with the bus to side or Manavgat drive, but also in gündogdu you find everything you need.

    The animation is better each year! Friendly, varied and funny. Ferdi is the best entertainer and brings with its honest and friendly manner a smile on the faces of large and small. The own disco is indeed small, but you can spend a nice evening. At the pool the whole day you can spend without being bored. The pool is very clean and the toilets very hygienic.

The next day we got a room on the top floor. It was small, but ok. This year we were against 12:30 a. m. in the hotel. Against 1:30 p. m. our room was ready - in ... 6. floor. We were satisfied. Although to be precise, we challenged. Because we are actually assuming, that, if you are in the december 2012 already bay, that you get a decent room. If you later from the other guests heard, that someone in the august 2013 a single room and now in 5. floor in a large double room lives, then we find the not so great. I think, the rooms on the ground floor should only. A low-cost rooms and the rooms in top floor (6) than single room suitable. Especially since the attic the rooms are very clairaudient. We had to for a night in the sister hotel move, with the promise, that the room on the next day at 11 o'clock would be. This was not the case and the front desk tried to charge us again on later to put off, with bags store etc. We came a clear 'no' and all of a sudden, it went quickly. Unfortunately there were already 1.5 days and this is really a shame. This must be the management control. Otherwise, as ... already much described. read hotel review

    The animation team Ferdi always gets a lot of praise and now a small point of criticism. Unfortunately, the animation plan for the guests only partly complied with. With us there was only 1 times water gymnastic in 2 weeks, but every day for beach -Volleyball called.     A big compliment to the kitchen! The food is excellent! Everything was very clean, hygiene played an important role. Also at the beach bar is also, everything is clean and excellent! Something more, something less, but you understand them ☺ We once had a problem with our thermostat in the shower, this was right from a technician fixed! The room cleaning was good.

    The cleanliness of the beach and pool are exemplary! Even the toilet's at the pool and beach were always clean. The whole entertainment team is great! They are all nice and cheery. Liked the kids activities our small much fun! The mini disco was great, but would be nice, if you want a bit more would go. Found in the average 20 minutes a bit short. Otherwise we have to soccer and water gymnastics participated, super much fun! But it was still much more offered. Evening entertainment was also good! Small point of criticism: the children's playground! Here should be done, so nice the rest is, this is very dated.

    The rooms in the main building we cannot say anything, since we were there in a villa used. After reading some of the reviews in advance, i had nice worst fears. But i must say, i was pleasantly surprised. It is simply, but completely ok! On the lower floor there is a living room with couch, armchair, chair, tv and a small closet. A new bathroom with shower and toilet is also, as well as the minibar. On the upper floor are 2 bedrooms. One of them with a double bed, closet and large balcony. The other with two single beds and a closet. A 2. shower is also still there. The rooms are not huge, and the cabinets unfortunately not, but who is in the vacation already long in the room?! In all the room was an air conditioner available, the minibar was filled daily with coke, fanta, sprite and mineral water refilled. The villa was functional and clean. The wi-fi connection in our villa was moderate, in the bedroom and the balcony one had weak front desk. Continued to disturb us however not, since one was on holiday and the connection of the main building for us enough. A small point of criticism is, one comes through a magnetic card on the direct way in the main building (depending on the location of the villa in 1-3 minutes walk), unfortunately it does not fold always with the first time. So that we it preferred (after some! Try) outside around to go. It should perhaps even work!

    The transfer from the airport took about an hour. The hotel is located directly on the sea. Through the garden, you got to the hotel, large, beautiful beach section. The sea is flat dropping and the beach is celebration sand (ideal for children). In the immediate vicinity, about 5 minutes walk, you reached a large bazaar. There are countless shops and everything you need ☺ a dolmuş station is also a short walk.

Wi-fi is inclusive, but the front desk only moderate (and works mostly only in the main building, not or only poorly in the neighboring apartments). The condition of the hotel is good, is however in the coming winter months at various places be renovated, before the april again should open. During our stay the guests came to 95% from germany (school holidays in nrw). Families and older married couples were mainly guests. read hotel review

    The service is excellent! The waiters all speak german; some little, some more; friendly and courteous and attentive, they are all. We have no experience, the surly and unmotivated seemed. The room cleaning was in order. Child care, there was during our stay in two groups; the small until 5-6 years, consi looked after and maintained and kathi took care of the larger with beach volleyball, water polo, scavenger hunt or air hockey, billiards and table tennis. Complaints we didn't notice and also none had.

    Volleyball, air hockey, boccia, darts, table tennis, tennis, badminton and basketball could be used. The entertainment was very good, also, because all the entertainers were very friendly and not importunate. At the beach and at the pool we found at almost every time of day enough pool chairs, also in respect of five people next to each other! The beach chairs were all functional and in good condition, the sunshades at the pool were a little on the small side; was not so bad, since the sun wasn't so hot anymore seemed (just 30 degrees two weeks!).

    The location is in our opinion excellent. In the past, we were already three times guests in the neighbouring hotel aspendos beach, that much larger. The beach section was jointly the best, the we know: sloping, fine sand and ideal for children. Royal atlantis we booked, because we the apartments test wanted. Distance from the airport is about 1 hour with the bus. A larger street market with several streets with all souvenirs can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. An impressive disco after demand once per week from the hotel in about 10 minutes on the route.

Here a small history on our arrival in the hotel We come for 2006 regularly usually 2 times a year would be happy to stay here. We felt always very comfortable here. We arrived at the 17-10-2013 against 9:30 a. m. We got told us, that a room only starting from 2:00 p. m. ready. We so around 2:00 p. m. back to the front desk. (for over 3 months is a new front office manager, called seymann topal.) Then it was called, please sit, it takes a bit. Some time later, the new manager to ... us and told us, that he wasn't a room available. We would have for the first time for a night in the sister hotel drag. The next day, we would a beautiful room. What we had other desired, since we didn't in the lobby wanted to stay. By chance we met the chefanimateur the good we knew and told him the story. He telephoned immediately and see as, more wondrous way was a room available. Without balcony but for one night it was certainly not a problem, as the manager for 9:00 a. m. on the next morning another room that had been promised. After a restless night by strong storm, we were at the next morning at the front desk. Another room? Because of. Only around 1:00 p. m. we should room 407, land above the kitchens and delivery area. (from the beautiful room the manager suddenly nothing more know) that was not right. Finally, we have a normal double room and not a 'low cost' room. Against 10:00 a. m. the schauinsland rep called ayse celik. This complained we our suffering. She told us, since the new manager is, have all their customers zimmerprobleme. Through their use, it was possible, that we instead of rooms 407 now rooms 532 got. A corner room on the street side. On and out nights buses are clearly heard as well as the fan of the grills. Here, the city administration urgently do something. The beach, is the largest and most beautiful in the whole place. It consisted of fine sand and was flat sloping. For children and non-swimmers ideal. The sun roofs, are already promptly set up and early november dismantled. Cushions and towels were free of charge and can be changed daily. There were enough beach chairs available. Even when late risers, there are still free places. Yasim the beach boy is always helpful and the cushions also without tip to the chair.     The entire staff was just great. Many are already since years. You are just at home. Linguistically there were no problems. They spoke german. Drinks who the restaurant or the open bars brought to the table. Of course you could also ourselves. The waiter knew after a short time, what one preferred to drink. Also the clearing of the tables was very good. Once again thank you very much.

    The animation team is great and gives themselves much trouble. It consists of 5 people. Constanze, katja, ferdi, melo and bekir, also alex syndromal, ferdi is the boss and children's entertainer. Melo for volleyball and football undelegated. Constanze for the kids entertainment. Katja for turkish course and so on. Once bekir the 'boccia master' emerges, there is always something to laugh. Once again we had a ball. The boccia. Once again thank you very much to the whole team.

    Here a small history on our arrival in the hotel We come for 2006 regularly usually 2 times a year would be happy to stay here. We felt always very comfortable here. We arrived at the 17-10-2013 against 9:30 a. m.. We got told us, that a room only starting from 2:00 p. m. ready. We so around 2:00 p. m. back to the front desk. (for over 3 months is a new front office manager, called seymann topal.) Then it was called, please sit, it takes a bit. Some time later, the new manager to us and told us, that he wasn't a room available. We would have for the first time for a night in the sister hotel drag. The next day, we would a beautiful room. What we had other desired, since we didn't in the lobby wanted to stay. By chance we met the chefanimateur the good we knew and told him the story. He telephoned immediately and see as, more wondrous way was a room available. Without balcony but for one night it was certainly not a problem, as the manager for 9:00 a. m. on the next morning another room that had been promised. After a restless night by strong storm, we were at the next morning at the front desk. Another room? Because of. Only around 1:00 p. m. we should room 407, land above the kitchens and delivery area. (from the beautiful room the manager suddenly nothing more know) that was not right. Finally, we have a normal double room and not a 'low cost' room. Against 10:00 a. m. the schauinsland rep called ayse celik. This complained we our suffering. She told us, since the new manager is, have all their customers zimmerprobleme. It would be desirable, that many guests, the problem with the rooms had this letter, so that here something as soon as possible and will again come can. Nothing changes, the good reviews rightly, certainly in the basement. One asks oneself, what this we call it nevertheless calmly once harassment is? Dissatisfied guests are not coming again! We enjoyed the holiday through this' napoleon ' not miss. Through this as other tourists call it ' zimmerlotto' the maids more than duplicate work.
