• Location
  The apartment hotel is located on the north coast of Crete, 32 km east of Heraklion. It is situated in the picturesque neighbourhoods of the old town of Malia. It is far enough yet within walking distance from all hot spots and places to be, from the traditional tavernas of the atmospheric old village to the nightlife of the famous Beach Road. Links to the public transport network are within walking distance and Malia Beach is around 1 km away. Heraklion International Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 32 km.
• Facilities
  This modern style, family-run hotel complex consists of a main building and three 2-level annex buildings. There is a pool bar where guests can enjoy their drinks or the variety of snacks and local dishes, all day long and until late. Also at the pool bar area there is a big screen satellite TV, pool table, an Internet corner and WLAN Internet connection (for a fee), a telephone and currency exchange. A large parking area is also available next to the hotel. Renovated in 2010, the hotel comprises a total of 43 accommodation units including 18 apartments and 25 studios. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour check-out service. A newspaper stand and café are also available to guests.
• Rooms
  The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms with modern decoration (Deluxe) or classic decoration (Superior), or in more traditional style (Standard). All rooms have a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, a dining area, an en suite bathroom with shower, a flat screen TV with satellite/cable channels and a balcony or veranda. Individually regulated air conditioning and a safety deposit box are also available in the room and are subject to a local charge. Further standard in-room amenities include a hairdryer, double bed and individually regulated heating.

  The hotel's recreational facilities include an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a large sun terrace, with sun loungers and parasols (free of charge). • How to get there
  From Heraklion Airport, follow the national highway Lassithiou 90/E75 east in the direction of Agios Nikolaos passing Gournes and Hersonissos in order to reach Malia. Once in Malia the hotel can be found on the upper part of the village, on the right hand side, in Pavlou Mela Street.
