at short notice it called on to Egypt-as we in the 5 star category created, we were after arrival positive surprised... (but not 5 star Germany the category?)-We work in a 5 * Hotel, holiday without a job to think, hardly possible, because it is simply wrong... Also error, the happening.

We stayed with our children (8 and 10) at short notice egypt decided for a week. We are aware of the standards aware former. So we loved this hotel in all areas positive surprised. Yes, not all service employees spoke good English, but they are friendly and helpful. Due to the good weather we have our holidays in Egypt spent. In the catalog it was Mövenpickhotel good as new and has been evaluated, so we had a nice relaxing beautiful quality holiday happy. The following points are absolutely not tolerable for a Mövenpickhotel. We arrived at the hotel by six o'clock in the morning. Room was not clean! A five-star hotel for a no-go the hair from other guests in the bathroom. It is a wonderful and peaceful area, which fully meets European standards. For party animals is the complex however not suitable.
