the hotel is very remote. We had a ' deluxe bungalow' booked, when we arrived they wanted to give us a normal room enter, because apparently all of the bungalows were occupied. When we asked for a discount on a bungalow free?! It was however therefor right at the top of the slope (different) the very high temperatures and a torture! Evenings we wanted to no light in the room volume as more mosquito in our room would come (under the door was a 5 centimeter gap). We spent during our three-week backpack tour by Thailand 2 nights in Maney resort. It was by far the most expensive place the entire trip, 2100 Baht (about 42 euros) for a bungalow with its own shower/toilet en suite facilities, air-conditioning and breakfast. Koh Phi Phi is however in general, a rather expensive town and it was peak season, so the most expensive season. The bungalow was typical of the country, quaint and inside with bamboo equipped.
