i stay in the gazer aria in level 10 it was very good views. the food in the hotel is very good. the staff is very friendly. you can spend all the time in the hotel. there are a lot of think you can find it in this hotel i can call it 10 star hotel. read hotel review

The Hotel was in it's best modern style, so clean and with the great old version of chic Palace, the staff were welcoming and friendly, understand English and provided excellent treatment that made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. read hotel review

you can spend a good time in the casino. also you staff in the shesha garden in the hotel are very friendly. you need to find a tax with the good price becouse they will tell you high price. they do not you a meter at all. read hotel review

The hotel is composed of a beautiful old palace building and more recent extensions that really destroy the overall picture. The hotel complex is very big and rather worn out (even in the "modern extensions") - there was a bad smell in the wardrobes, the towels were very worn out. The swimming pool, although decent-sized (but shallow), was not anywhere near what would be required to match the hotel's size. As a result, it was often crowded and very VERY dirty. The breakfast area was also quite busy at rush hours and the waiters would struggle to remember all the ... orders, but the food quality was good. Going to the reception to flag problems with my room felt like a trek of it own. Also, there were usually queues at reception, so you may want to do your checkout in advance and BEWARE of being charged in your card's currency - the hotel applies a rather unfavorable (to the customer) exchange rate. read hotel review
