Like in Thailand and for such a hotel category usual, the staff was very friendly and willing to help.
Some of the staff of the hotel, also at the front desk, were however with the english language a bit overstrained.The hotel has two restaurants.
The restaurant 'tree tops' is in a baumkrone built.
There are 8 pavilions and the gesamtplätze are 32 persons limited. Since this restaurant the best of asia should include, it was on arrival also 14 days in advance.
The 2. restaurant is at the sea.
It has a small but fine selection of thai - but also of international dishes.

The service was the best! Everywhere very friendly staff! Since, where one was and inform itself had, also English spoken. You had a concern, was immediately a question cared.1 bar/ 2 restaurants ( tree top and at the pool). Quality, quantity and the cleanliness were great. The prices for a hotel restaurant ok. Thai and international cuisine. A tree top dinner is an experience and a absolute must. The chef de cuisine is an artist. We had a few very nice days. After the arrival we the rooms and for no pay upgrade decided, which absolutely okay was.
What in this hotel on management matters is:
There is a lack of controls and there is also here a kind of organizational blindness.
It is the details the me as a guest crumb but no more the staff or the management.
