I had a very good impression and the friendliness of the staff is very good. Problems were immediately solved and more sophisticated things as pre-check-ing in the air worked. The internet is not always available, but definitely not at the hotel is. Vip service for german guests is certainly not usual everywhere. read hotel review

Unfortunately we have to say, the russians were to over 80% represented and got over german guests. Evening, there was no alcohol more, since the russians until the afternoon all drank had. Also during dinner in the restaurants where restricted must, you should exactly at 19:00 o'clock the seat, as the russians within 20 minutes finish. The hotel complex the golden 5 hotels is actually very nice, but major your offer 'all inclusive with alcohol' At the russians in droves on. read hotel review

To big hotel/,small glasses, long/beat at the drinks station,/over 90% russians however Not remarkable, / loud music until in the morning /, a strong plague,/room boy a Low card/annoying traders in the hotel read hotel review

We have five adults and one child in december 2012 in the golden 5 city area to Hurghada went. We lived in the hotel emirald and diamond. The complex consists of five hotels. The emirald is a large house almost directly at the beach, the diamond are bungalows in four rundbaustil with courtyard and surrounded by a lot of trees. As a german we had a restaurant with a particularly discerning character. The food was very good and varied as for our restaurant extra a german chef available stood. The food tasted' like being at home ', which you don't ... often on vacation experienced. Every evening there was to mealtimes livesolisten. Every hotel has a german-speaking doctor, an easier made small solve all problems quickly. Thus you felt totally in good hands. It was constantly asked, whether we had any further wishes, which we have to fulfil. The reception staff, the room boys, as well as the waiters made on us a especially friendly and highly motivated impression. Have past travel the attention in this price range hardly ever experienced. (to 2 days brought the waiters our drinks without demand, as well as special treats for the child) The complex was quite large. They invited to walks between beautifully laid out green belts a. There were several restaurants and beach bars available to always something to eat or with coffee and tea, as well as cool drinks to cool off. For children there was a pool area with large slides and a kindergarten. For the sport there was a fitness centre and tennis courts, as well as at the beach water sports available. For excursions and diving trips was a small rectangular harbor at the water front. The beach was large, well maintained. The water very clean. On the outer edge of the beach were smaller coral reefs, the for snorkelling invited. You could nevertheless quite many beautiful colorful fish to see. Through good management was on the employees, and the overall impression and flair the hotel a succesful vacation achieved. I don't know why lots of guests write what bad over this hotel. I had great holiday and very satisfied, only a little bit far to the beach to walk and the pool was very cold, but otherwise you can very nice have a vacation. Food was very good, i certainly few kilogram weight. Ah, so! In the evening in bar too much people, but only 2 bartenders and as you can every time in line to a drink again to get. But i had great holiday. And who drives for room to investigate because cleanliness and so on, can ... directly stay at home. You want to actually not in the room sit, but beach and fun and there is so everything ok. read hotel review
