No beautiful relaxing holiday. The waiter was rude to us so much, we booked half board and that we have not taken up. The hotel manager has thanked us only with gifts in the hotel rooms, but not personally. Before this incident, the us is actually also lost our appetite, at breakfast were still on the floor the leftovers from the day before. The staff ( in the hotel nilo spa) speaks fluent German, but it seems from the many German a bit annoyed; I can understand. Wi-fi for a fee.Breakfast there were in the hotel nilo spa, on the other side of the street located. Big buffet with rolls/Baguette, a bit thread scrambled/ fried eggs, cereals, fruit, jams and sausage. Altogether absolutely okay. Dinner we did not book. Very friendly staff everywhere. Good German and English.
Our room was always clean and was twice freshly changed.
Because we not always together on the way were, we wanted a 2. key. Unfortunately was exactly this apartment the key from the previous guests and took no available. The next morning was immediately given a copy of the key made. Super service.
After one night in the open, could our car in the hotel's own garage free will be turned off.
