We were on the 4. time in this hotel especially also because of the thermal bath (inside and outside). The meal times could either in the air-conditioned dining room or on the terrace to be taken. The hotel and room amenities are already a bit outdated. Nevertheless you could in this hotel good have a vacation, if the cleaning of the rooms, in particular the toilet and the bathroom, often deseamed would. Very nice area, directly on the sea. Palms, aloe Vera, cacti - everything was very well-kept. Varied food - a lot of vegetables (wonderful), fish, i thought it was a very good the sausage with the theme nights Tunisia and the desserts were really delicious. In all areas was very hard to fulfill every wish of the guests. The rooms are functional and well appointed, clean, fridge, 5 tv channels. The food is very good (even in the 4. week we have with an appetite to eat). As soon as the table-ware or cutlery ran out, it was immediately replenished. Many thanks to the kitchen. Very many people would be in the lobby free wi-fi. But since there were negotiations?! read hotel review

Very beautiful hotel plant, much green and lots of palm trees. Very nice big pool and nice area. Thermal pool inside and outside. Lobby spacious and ideal for not just the talks next to hear. October was very good travel time. A short storm of an hour, the remaining 2 weeks temperatures between 29 and 36 degrees. Meckersäcke gives it everywhere, also here. But you weren't forget you're in Afrika and you also should the price be seen. Cheaper holiday for about 8 00 €for 2 weeks/person and all-inclusive there is hardly any. Good 4 star hotels. We have stayed ... in many hotel in Tunisia visited, this is one of the better. read hotel review

    Right on the beach. Who still the natural world tunisia may, the also liked the zarzis. Otherwise the way to Djerba (travel time by 30-40 minutes) worth it. There is everything. Nice cafes, great restaurants, markets in Midoun and Houmt Souk. Taxi is cheap, even after Djerba.

    Great. Had room with terrace right on the beach. Very nice. But also all other rooms had a nice location. Had the impression, that about 80 percent of the rooms the view of the sea and the pool.

    Entertainment we didn't use, as for us in the holiday as a family we counts. As to our time only about 300 of 800 guests were there, we had enough space and enough beach chairs and umbrellas.

    Food was good. You should know, that in Tunisia only fruit of the season in the hotel, which in Tunisia grown. Therefore, one can simply had no strawberries, bananas are. However, you could such varieties of the fruit and gemüsemärkten buy, if you 2 weeks can't do without it. Breakfast could have been little sufficient can be with a little more oomph.

Beautiful, very well-kept area. Rooms were both on arrival, and otherwise very clean everyday. Fresh towels every day and a very nice decoration from folded towels, fresh flowers around the bed. The hotel was not anymore fully booked, but everything was immaculate kept in order. The selection at the meals was really good. Who finds here nothing, to get you started, the is hardly to help. Small tip: you are in a arab country! If you are not on german ham can do without, should maybe in the black forest travel. Most of the guests were german, swiss and french. read hotel review

    The whole area is located in a tropical garden, very well maintained. A path of about 50 meters leads directly to the hotel's guarded beach. If the plant by the entrance leaves and in the right direction, follow in about 150 metres of shops and restaurants. Excursions were both in the hotel from the travel agency, as well as on the road from private individuals, for example, carriages rent. Important everywhere outside of the hotel: it should be done. If you are not addressed wants, must clearly say no or in the area!

    We were greeted very friendly greeted with a cocktail. Almost all the staff spoke much english or german, to communicate. Already on the 2. day we were almost everywhere addressed by name. The room cleaning left no complaints. For a small tip we had daily beautifully decorated beds, clean rooms and fresh linen. From the gardener to the caretaker - really all were friendly. When in the evening the shower rod a screw talk about, was within 15 minutes of the damage was repaired.

    The pool area is beautiful! It was daily from 7:00 a. m. cleaned, it gave always genügennd vacant pool chairs and cushions. Around pool and right on the beach there are several showers. There are leisure offers plentifully. Daily program of 10:00 until 5:00 p. m., and a show in the evening. The entertainers were kind and nice, but not intrusive. A special thank you to james and danghera! They have the stay for our daughters unforgettably made. Rarely we had all together such fun!

This hotel you can always recommend. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The grounds were very well kept and clean. Food was plentiful and good, even for the eye. The service was decent, there was no so-called failures, as otherwise in other hotel is usual. What can you say, to improve there is always something. We are now our 20. time in Tunisia and know us in this country good (in tabarka to Djerba). If you are trying a little to adapt, one has also no problems.     Positive is that the hotel is right on the sandy beach. This could be a bit cleaner. There are enough deckchairs and umbrellas available. We have the entire holiday in the hotel plant spent, since the place not much has to offer.

You forget the absolutely incompetent and unfriendly reception and the unpleasant rooms and capitalizes on the great weather, the good food and the area including a swimming pool, you could here but definitely a week feeling well. Internet costs 5 Euro the rate, but it was in the whole week always broken (you'll be in a hour, come in 2 hours, come back tomorrow, internet broken). The area we really liked, great pool and nice well-kept grounds. The beach is not really nice ..., seaweed and quite filthy surrounding lets greet.     Service in the dining room ok. Friendliness of various employees ok. Room cleaning average. The owners of the hotel shops absolutely annoying and partly really rude, i have never experienced something like that. Check-in/check-out and reception absolute disaster. It is not explained where the room is, still friendly. Check-out is one of the key right apathetic decreased, not in the approach asked, if you like, and so on.! The suggested in my opinion absolute lack of interest at the tourists!

    Transfer however some reviews about 1 hour. Outside of the hotel some small shops with various things, all rather in miserablem condition. Generally but you should already know, the oasis zarzis not a place for shopping or party ☺ Huge drawback: we have stayed several times in Tunisia (including mahdia), the dirt in the area but it is really borderline defendendo (see market in zarzis, restaurants and bars in the hotel, beach etc..)

    Rooms are old and partially borderline. Cleanliness is not really a priority here. Dirty stained wallpaper, beds only pushed together, toilet seat the sealed with yellow seal (see first as urine stains), cracked tiles in the bathroom, hair on the floor and so on

    Our registration and departure no bellboys from/to bus. No begr drink-on the rooms no information on hotel etc. With demand at rezeption'gibt not '-thus everything yourself. Even a rating sheet did not give it (probably for good reason) For the champions league, we had a group of about 20 people promised, that the game in the existing tv room on canvas see can. Luxury holiday you couldn't expect if you want to. There is no prunkpalast. Already at the reception and the lobby is very spartan. The courses in the different wings are hospital-style. Dried blumenstöcke in the hallways and in the night there wasn't even a emergency lighting. The rest of the decor is nice. Rooms are really nice and clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. Which was entertainment, is probably a joke. They are all nice and friendly and did their best but they are lack of material for shows and games. Everything was very unprofessional. The beach was unfortunately ... very dirty. Not necessarily from the garbage, but from the seaweed. If already known is the lot of seaweed as is must one stop the beach often clean. It is really disgusting first over mountains of seagrass to climb to reach the water. If the hotel is full the beach cramped with the pool chairs. Sadly these were also very uncomfortable. At the pool, however, are the beach chairs with cushions comfortable and plentiful. One must for anything reserve. The service in the hotel i think it is appalling. Since almost exclusively french spoken, the waiters or barman difficult to understand what you want, also interested they cannot because rudeness will ross said. There are glasses at all corners and ends. Soup spoon there are probably only 30 piece for the whole hotel and if you're a glass snatched has, one should not take leave. The food. Oh god. Newly built-all-inclusive hotel-very winding area areas partly only accessible through stairs. Air conditioning available-but only in the main restaurant on. (up to 36 °c in the shade) Guests mainly french, belgian, german and some other nations-no russians. The pool is a lot of smoke. From irdend where you always get smoke from. Annoying for non-smoking. Wireless internet available, but expensive. Very pushy sellers (3 small stores, jewelry day-to-day need and tourist articles). Have a partly to the bar. read hotel review

    To the airport is the pure direct driving time by over an hour. With transfer with the bus one is about 3 hours before takeoff picks you up and drove several hotels. Surroundings-right at the very sandy city zarzis-a main road-right and left small bars (which only men sit) and some local shops. No tourist offers-except the pharmacy

Couches sufficiently available-umbrellas (and therefore also shade) are not sufficiently available and are fixed. Kids club available and through an entertainer cared for. The depth of the pools is on the one side only 30 centimeter, in the center about 1.30 maximum depth 1.65 (about 30% of the surface)

Much in oil. - it was missing several times glasses for self-service of the drinks. Tables were partly incomplete set. Time was missing a knife, even the napkins the wine glasses. Desserts were very large selection at the sweet cakes and pastries, as well as fruit and 2-3 sorts of ice cream. Pool restaurant-french fries (only there is) and several small dishes.     Rooms are small, but sufficient for sleeping. Air conditioning is not lower than 26-27°c set! 2 beds with good hard mattresses, 1 chair, 1 table, fridge, no safe, the is only at the front desk for 1,50 Euro on the day.
