The location is great. The size of the room is great. For our son we had a beautiful travel cot and high chair received. However the tv is very low and unsecured, the fridge is on the floor and the electrical outlets are no children backup. All 3 points the stay with small child difficult, as you only on the watch out is. There were with us at least 30 more guests left, the small lift was constantly crowded, so that we after 24 minutes wait our child, baby carriage and luggage over the staircase to the exit drag had. … read more

We are already the 4. time in Hapimag residence Munich and always felt very comfortable. The hotel is middle in the center of the town Munich. One reaches the Oktoberfest, the stachus or main station everything in 10 minutes. … read more

This Hapimag Resort is very centrally located in Munich. We spend here 3 days during the Oktoberfest. On foot we were in 10 minutes at the theresienwiese. Perfect it could not lie. The Stachus ( Karlsplatz) you go also only 5 minutes. Is then with the metro and S-Bahn everything reachable.
The rooms are the decor is not the most modern anymore but they are in good condition and everything is very clean. The bathroom is big enough. In the kitchen is everything you need available ( microwave, Nespressmaschine, fridge, Stove). Wi-Fi-Password you can at the front desk get free.

We stayed with 8 persons ( in other words two quadruple room) during the Oktoberfest in the stadtresidenz. The hotel lies in a lively street with many foreign-mostly Turkish - shops. Over a narrow backyard is the Autoaufzug to the underground car park reachable. In this lift definitely watch out, that the doors during the entrance not close. In the underground garage general you have to be very careful and drive slowly, because they were very cramped. Usually helps a however a friendly staff at the parking.
