US the hotel has from the start good. We felt very well there waived. The staff are always friendly and ready to help. The food was good and tasty, freshly prepared and everything very clean. With about 50 rooms is the complex rather small. However, the hotels Merril II and III be used, what we however didn't use. the complex is pleasant well arranged and from the outside really nice to look at. the cleanliness on the complex and in the restaurant is OK. This applies however not for the rooms. After 3 days at the beachcomber Negril changed into the paradise. The hotel is for 3 stars and also 2 1 merllin underrated. 4 stars minutes. Staff always friendly from breakfast until evening and from early 7:30 to 22:00, ' what are you drinking? It tasted? Everything well? Just to feel good. The food was varied and delicious. Fruit from the finest. Cocktails of all kinds. Safe for 3 $/ day in order Room always clean and the towels figures designed to perfect. Breakfast omelet you want, boiled eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese and fruit salad ... from the outset is true. Beach every day new. Are top. More than 3 glasses. Even brought to beach. 2-3 times/week in the evening grill - hänschen and pork. Spaghetti in all variations miscible Merills for the price performance ratio the ratio better than the price! Rooms are functional, with both garden and a sea-view block at the front. All rooms are cleaned to a high standard daily, bedding changed every 2 days. Guests mostly European, the high percentage of repeat guests says a lot for this hotel. if it was that bad, why would we all come back every year??? read hotel review

    3 Star resort, but 5 star service. You don't have to tip to get good service, you get good service, so you reward it. Staff are very friendly, take the time to get to know them. Due to amount of times we have visited, we can call them friends, as opposed to staff. Always willing to please, if you need anything, just ask.....Jamaica no problem is really true. Most staff have a basic knowledge of a variety of languages, and take pride in that knowledge. Complaints can be addressed to the Managerial staff, or reception.

    All 3 hotels are situated directly on the 7 mile beach, approximately 100 meters apart. Absolutely breath-taking views from both beach and open-air dining rooms. Downtown Negril is a beach walk or 5 minutes in a taxi away. Shopping area is safe for tourists. a variety of tours is available. Booking either via the reception, or travel reps. There are also some tour vendors on the beach.

    Why would you go in a pool when you have the Caribbean sea in front of you, but if you want to, it is in Merrils 2. The newly appointed "Entertainment group" are exploring avenues for evening activities...if you want them. if you just come to chill...then chill. Sunbeds are readily available. Wi-Fi available in all restaurants and receptions.

    Restaurants in each of the 3 properties are available to all guests. Menus differ in all properties apart from Saturday, and Wednesday nights. If you don't like what you see on the menu, just walk to one of the other properties...easy !!! The new Executive Chef has increased the standard of food with his own brand of flair, and culinary expertise. Of course, if you stay for an extended period of time, some choices will repeat themselves, but imagine how difficult it is to have a choice of 3 warm meals in 3 restaurants every day, and not clash.... RESPECT. 5 star hotels may have a larger variety at one time, but don't forget...you are paying for a 3 star property. even if you go a-la-carte, you will repeat meals at some time...

    Housekeeping must be the hardest job of all, and the ladies of Merrils do it to a very high standard. Big up housekeeping. Aircon in every room, old types are being phased out in favour of new, quieter models. Safe available at a small cost. Furniture basic, but fully functional. How much time do you spend in your room anyway? Owners are carrying out a refurbishment programme of all rooms where required.

We were (boyfriend and i) were 1 week in the merrils booked through Thomas Cook had originally merril's ii were booked but in the i moved which we did not mind can well understand the aufgeregung the other guests the complex is from i-ii and one nevertheless access to the other areas of the hotel plus you are in less than 1 minutes in the other merrils it distinguishes rather the auffteilung of the i are predominantly germans and italians during the ii more russians and americans. Average age is different because everyone is welcome The hotel is great and ... early in the morning by the gardener, etc. Well maintained the rooms are in the first moment a bit shocking could have update every day by the maid cleaned and fresh towels provided read hotel review

    Service is super attentive you would good waiters and bartenders were extremely friendly Only complaint goes to the ladies at the reception were disinterested and unfriendly partly also very slow and incompetent if all goes well, the check-in they have with which further not lots to do check-in is a deposit of 5 0 $deposit which one then at the check out you got back.

    There are 2 bars and 2 restaurants with the bar i was happy there was no list of drinks with the bartender get to talk to and jamaican way for advice, it is actually for all which thereby obs milkshake beer, red wine, soft drinks or cocktails. The food was also ok i found it a shame the merrils to the guests has adjusted and therefore little local food was partly bad to not at all seasoned. The view compensated for it but you can sit on the terrace and can directly overlooking the sea. Here again it is they were not forced to give tips we have nevertheless made, because the waiters really well and tried who in the gastronomy works know the all-inclusive is not always an advantage

To this hotel i would never again go. Value services were not at all match. Already with the search on the net you misled. Why does the search 4 variants merrils's beach, merrils's beach i, merrils's beach ii and merrils's beach ii. Partly with different prices, although all around a double room it is. So what i do not understand. read hotel review

Sure never again! Within of 14 days 3 times moved. Many rooms in poor condition (water). In addition at this time the hotel was completely overbooked-the fate of the guests was not Interest. Food monotonous and always cold. You have the feeling, there is a shortage of everything (dishes, towels, etc.) Staff really made an effort, but powerless.
