The hotel is part of the Rasthofs stillhorn and right by the motorway A1 location. The frontdesk manned around the clock and the reception and Tresenkraft was despite later respectively early friendly and tried hard. The room was however a nightmare-well, that it on arrival was dark. I would be otherwise directly gone again. The bathroom was dirty, lime and really every corner moldy and crumbly. Toiletries were almost not available - there were only three Probetütchen with conditioner, but not shampoo, still shower gel or soap. Room was not thoroughly cleaned for a long time, dust, old leaves in the window frame. Totally soiled sofa. Shower with mold and spots. Food was heated and very overpriced. No Refrigerator in the rooms (35 °C in). No functioning air conditioning system. For the night of 84 €per double room I expect to see a different room! … read more
