Staff were friendly and understood mostly German. We had a broken toilet seat the immediately renewed.
In the restaurant empty plates were cleared quickly.There was a main restaurant with very good food. 3 dishes mostly pork, fish and chicken. This 3 or 4 different side dishes everything in buffet form.
A small salad buffet, as well as a desserts buffet. In the restaurant everything was clean.
Pleasant restaurant atmosphere as not so big and long opening hours.Functional. Bathroom was rather small. Toilet at least in our room for persons from 1.80 meters only partly suitable as you slanted position must be, otherwise risk … read more

The vacation on the whole was great. The food was always fresh and very good. We were as a family with two kids (1,5 and 8 years) on the way. The sand Pit, the slide and the trampoline were in very good condition and clean. The children's pool in the indoor pool was a hit for our smallest, with the lake not so. The only, over half of the guests were locals, that doesn't mean that I do not wish, for our daughter it was unfortunately, as you unfortunately no playmates found by which they could inform oneself. … read more

The day spa has gotten old, there are black joints in the area the bathtub.
Changing of bed linen could be more often. For breakfast, there is on the terrace no or paper tablecloths, the then until the evening drauflagen and accordingly dirty and were broken. Terrassentische are old and wobble terrible. At the beach are some beach chairs broken and unfortunately much too few umbrellas and stand available. Very nice hotel, very good for relaxing for family - rather quiet! Very friendly staff, great food, very large selection. Wonderful playground in the hotel, as well as also at the beach, even with some toys for children. A large, covered pool circa 20 times 10 meters and two children's pools with different depths.
