We were 14 days over christmas guests in this hotel. You can really say, we were 'guests', because we felt very much at ease. Great staff, very hard, caring and very pleasant. At the front desk some of the staff spoke very good german. The food, both tasted, as well as of that variety ago, just great. The first 4 days we had no buffet, because of the fact, that we with 4 guests, probably the only were. Afterwards there was buffet and there was really nothing to complain about. The hotel is a golfing holiday in order. The rooms are clean and big enough. The front desk was very helpful and it was almost always someone, who spoke German (partly excellent). The breakfast buffet was more than fine, there was a lot of cold cuts and cheese, and omelets and fried eggs eggs were freshly cooked. Spanish temperament searches manhier vain, -discouraged, rotten staff,-which hardly German or English speaking. The manager of the hotel loves itself convivial Rules: as for example: we wanted to our cheese not unpleasant crowded dining room- but on the hotel terrace! It was manager,-took us the plates and our cheese path and said: that you abide by the rules, -food you could only in the dining room!
The guests' wishes are available so very important!A very crowded restaurant, with chefs,-the no- fish and chicken grilled-score: Raw fish and raw chicken

We have stayed in many good hotels but at Elba ballena in puncto service suspend anything,
Cleaning of the rooms also really good!There is although it is only a restaurant with exclusively Büfettessen but really excellent, very varied and rich buffet (daily between at least 2 types of fish, 2 types of meat, 2 types of poultry and this was from live chefs freshly prepared, furthermore there was a variety of ready-made meals which were all really very good,
